    1. What is SUPERDRY Super Aces Offer?

This is an offer brought to you by AJIO in association with SUPERDRY brand. During this offer, you can buy a SUPERDRY brand merchandise on AJIO for free! All that you will need to do is, choose a SUPERDRY brand product listed under the offer banner, dot at 18:00 on 25th September 2021 and place the order. Make sure you are fast, as this offer will be live only for 36 seconds. Please note that products already added to the bag before the offer start time will not be eligible for the offer.

    1. Will all the SUPERDRY brand merchandise participate in this offer?

No! Only limited SUPERDRY brand merchandise will be participating in this promotion. However, you can only buy 1 Product per account.

    1. How will I find the products under this offer?

Follow the simple steps as stated below:

    • Login to AJIO using your login credentials. If you are not Registered, Register Now!
    • Product will be shipped to your selected Address. Keep your default address ready
    • Dot at 18:00 on 25th September 2021, click on the banner that will callout ‘SUPERDRY Super Aces“ banner
    • You will be able to see the list of products participating in the offer
    • Choose the product you like, Select the Size Variant and Click on “Buy Now”
    • If your purchase is successful, you will be notified with a success message on the screen.
    • In case your order is not successful, you will be instantly notified on the screen
    • Please note that you will have only 36 seconds to make a purchase
    1. Will the product be RS 1 or will I have to pay any additional charges or delivery charge?

Product purchased during the 36 second window under this promotion will be Rs 1 without any delivery or any other extra charges. However there will be no payment required at the time of delivery

  Superdry Super Aces Terms and Conditions:

    • The “Superdry Super Aces” promotion is brought to you by Superdry brands and will be held on 25th September at 18:00 hours to 18:00:36  (36 seconds)
    • The offer will be valid for a limited period of 60 seconds or till stock lasts on select inventory as determined by Reliance.
    • The participant shall be charged only Re. 1 per product.
    • The applicable taxes, if any, shall be borne by the AJIO customer and minimum charges may apply which must be paid as a part of accepting the terms and conditions.
    • A single AJIO customer is only allowed to order a single quantity per unit per order.
    • Any quantity beyond single quantity per product will be cancelled by Reliance. However, single quantity will be delivered to the AJIO customer.
    • The Prize is non-transferable, non-returnable, non-refundable and non-negotiable. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained.
    • The order by default shall be placed in a cash on delivery mode
    • This promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer.
    • Participation in this campaign is optional and is at the sole discretion of the AJIO customer
    • The decision of Reliance in all matters relating to this promotion (including interpretation of these terms) is final and binding on the AJIO customers.
    • Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this promotion or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO customer without prior notice to AJIO customer.
    • By participating in this promotion, the AJIO customer accept the conditions stated in these terms and agree to be bound by the decisions of Reliance
    • Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO customer that is caused by:

a. force majeure event, technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any AJIO customer’s participation in this promotion;

b. any other events beyond Reliance 's control including technical glitches that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to the User.

    • This promotion is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time.
    • In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the promotion at any time.
    • Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
    • AJIO customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of these terms by the AJIO customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO customer’s part.
    • AJIO customer agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the promotion.
