What are the various modes of payment at AJIO?
If you want to improve your credit score or if you simply want to enjoy hassle free transactions, use a Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-banking. For wallet lovers, we’ve got JioMoney or Paytm. Finally, we have Cash on Delivery method for the good old “hard cash” users. Please ensure that you check your pin code to find out the available methods of payment over there.
What does “Cash on Delivery” mean?
Order the products first and then pay cash at the time of delivery. A convenient option if you don’t like online payments. AJIO believes in more options to make customers happy.
Will I have to pay for any hidden costs like sales tax, OCTROI, etc…?
You don’t have to pay anything extra apart from what you see in the Invoice. AJIO does not deceive you by showing you lesser prices and making up for it by adding huge Taxes. That’s just not how we do business. You will see the Order Total that may or may not include delivery charge depending on order value and that’s all there is to it. Please let us know if someone has informed you otherwise.
How much will the shipping cost me?
All orders above Rs.999 will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs.999, a nominal fee of Rs.99 would be applied. But we are sure that you will love our collection and end up placing orders that would be eligible for free shipping. ☺
Can I pay using International Currency?
Unfortunately, at this time we accept only INR at AJIO.
What if the amount got debited from my side but I did not receive an Order ID?
We ensure that an Order ID is confirmed only once our bank receives the payment from your bank. However, if you see a transaction that debits the amount and no order is placed, don’t call out to Batman as Gotham is far away. Rather, give us a call and we will fix it.
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, can I check the package before making a payment?
Nobody deserves a tampered package. Please accept the order packages only if in proper condition. Please pay the delivery executive and then open it at your leisure. Trust us, you will receive exactly what you have ordered.
Can I Gift-Wrap a product for someone?
Surprise your loved ones with some amazing products of AJIO. If it’s Christmas or even a break up, choose AJIO’s gift-wrap option to celebrate. It only costs an extra Rs.35/- per order.
To ensure that the recipient doesn't pay for their own gift, we insist that for a gift wrapped order, the mode of payment would have to be online. If you want to have each product packed separately, we recommend that you place an order for each product individually.
Does AJIO offer EMI payment option?
Yes, some products are eligible for EMI as visible in the description page. All the Credit Card users, now is the time to improve your credit score. Don’t worry, you will never be a shopaholic, you are only helping the economy.
What are the interest rates offered on EMI?
Just like how every chocolate bar has a different percentage of chocolate in it, each bank has a different interest rate. But let’s agree, both ask for indulgence which is irresistible. After selecting the EMI option on the payment page, we request you to check the offers available in the payment gateway page.
What if I cancel or return an order after paying for it using the EMI option?
If you are returning or cancelling an order, a refund of the invoice amount will be initiated towards your bank within the regular timelines. However, the amount payable towards your credit card will have to be taken up with your bank; as we will go ahead and refund the entire amount.
Is EMI payment option available on the AJIO App?
Sorry! Currently, this option is available only on www.ajio.com.
Will there be a transaction/processing fee while purchasing from AJIO using EMI option?
We at AJIO will not charge any processing fee while making a purchase using EMI option. However, there might be a minor processing fee of 0.10% of the order value levied by the payment gateway or your bank.
E.g. If the order value is Rs.9000, the processing fee charged by the payment gateway might be Rs.9
If there is any issue where the paid amount is not converted to EMI, who will help me fix this issue?
When an EMI is processed, your credit card company would pay us the entire amount in order to process the AJIO Order ID. After that is done, the bank should convert the said amount into EMIs. For any issues, we’ll request you to get in touch with your bank for sorting this out.
Can I use any other account to process an EMI payment?
Unfortunately, that option is available only if you have a Credit Card.
What banks credit cards can I use while processing an EMI payment?
While most of the popular banks are participating in this scheme, we request you to check this information in the payment gateway.
Only MasterCard and Visa credit cards can be used to avail the EMI offer.

How do I pay using JioMoney?
It’s as easy as eating a pie. On the payment page, along with other modes of payment, you would find JioMoney as an option. Select that and confirm the payment. You would be routed to the JioMoney portal to sign in to your account; where you can pay.
How do I load money into my JioMoney wallet?
Any customer with an active mobile connection can sign-up with JioMoney. You can load money to your JioMoney account through Net Banking, credit card / or debit card.
