While every product we host on the site is something we would want to wear ourselves, not each of them is eligible for coupons, promotions or offers. They apply on select merchandise only. You can refer to individual offer eligibilities on a product page, to choose what you like best.

What’s foremost to note is that the maximum amount you could get off on your choice of product depends on the site discount threshold or coupon threshold, which in turn could vary from 41% to 60% or higher or lower. For example, a product on 50% discount – after applying an extra 30% discount may result in total product discount of 60% only.

If you are buying more than one product, the benefit of the coupon discount would collectively apply on all your products, albeit taking into account the individual pricing of each product. You could refer to your purchase invoice to know all the details around the final pricing.

If you choose to return or cancel purchase of any product, the amount that would be refunded to you would be the final product price on your invoice that you may have received after availing all offer benefits. This will, of course, be subject to a sign-off from our QC team after inspecting the returned items.

You would be eligible for the First Purchase Coupon if and only if you are about to make your first-ever buy on the site. However, if you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you will no longer be eligible for availing this offer again.

What is this AJIO Promotions Policy?

2.1. AJIO from time to time, organises various promotions, contests, offers including discounts, vouchers, coupons, campaigns, and sales with respect to the Products sold on the Platforms. This AJIO Promotions Policy (“AJIO Promotions Policy”), together with the terms and conditionsthe privacy policythe fee and payments policy, and the delivery policy sets out AJIO’s procedures and policies in offering promotions, contests, offers, discounts, vouchers, coupons, campaigns and sales conducted by it on the Platforms from time to time (“Promotions”). In addition to this AJIO Promotions Policy, any return of the Products by Users shall also be governed by, and be subject to the terms and conditions set out under AJIO’s return and refund policy.

2.2. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this AJIO Promotions Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this AJIO Promotions Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and may forthwith leave the Platforms. The terms contained in this AJIO Promotions Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Platforms. If there is any conflict between the AJIO Promotions Policy and any other policies of AJIO, the AJIO Promotions Policy shall prevail.

General Terms of Promotions

3.1. AJIO may, from time to time offer various Promotions to its Users to create, encourage and sustain User interest in the Products. It is specifically clarified that all discounts offered by AJIO as a part of its Promotions on the Products shall exclude all convenience charges including charges that may accrue on the delivery of the Products to the Users, if any.

3.2. AJIO reserves the right to introduce the Promotions (individually or collectively) at intervals of its choice. While the general terms of this Promotions Policy sets out AJIO’s terms and conditions governing all of its Promotions, AJIO may also provide separate terms governing each one of its Promotions. While choosing to participate in the Promotions, the Users are, apart from this Promotions Policy, requested to peruse and understand the terms which govern individual Promotions. AJIO may, at any time and without having to service any prior notice to the User, modify or delete its Promotions or the terms and conditions governing such Promotions.

3.3. AJIO may provide the Promotions on a select range or on all of its Products. The Promotions may also be applicable on any, or certain specific purchases carried out by the User on the Platforms. Further, without having to service any notice on the User, AJIO may withdraw all, or a part of its Promotions from the Platforms.

3.4. During the term of the Promotions, AJIO may offer the following offers on select Products on the Platforms: (a) Trade Discounts, and (b) Coupon Discounts (together, the “Discounts”). Notwithstanding the term of the Promotions, the Promotions will be operational only until stocks last, and AJIO shall reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion any time.

3.5. Trade discounts are regular discounts which are provided by AJIO for the benefit of Users from time to time. The trade discounts are independent of any Promotions, and will be extended to only a select range of Products as indicated on the Platforms (“Trade Discounts”). The Trade Discounts shall offer discounts up to a certain percentage on the maximum-retail price (“MRP”) of the Products, and the User will only be required to pay the MRP of the Product as reduced by the amount of Trade Discount (“List Price”). The range of Trade Discounts offered on a Product may increase or decrease at any time during the term of the Promotions at the sole discretion of AJIO, and AJIO shall not be required to serve a prior written notice intimating such change in the range of discounts to the Users.

3.6. In addition to the Trade Discounts, AJIO will also offer discount vouchers or coupon discounts on a select range of Products as indicated on the Platforms (“Coupon Discounts”). All Products available for sale on the Coupon Discount, may not necessarily have an applicable Trade Discount, and any combination thereof with Trade Discounts shall be at the sole discretion of AJIO.

3.7. From time to time, AJIO will also offer discount for Products under the Buy X Get Y Offer (“BX GY Offer”), under which upon purchase of a certain quantity of Products (“X”), Users will be offered a 100% discount on the List Price of certain other quantity of Products (“Y”), such discount being applicable to Products with the lowest List Price amongst the chosen Products. The benefit availed by a User from the discounted Products would be apportioned amongst the Products purchased on a weighted average basis. Accordingly, in case of return of any Product purchased under the BX GY Offer, the refund payable by AJIO on such Product would be the value of the Product calculated on a weighted average basis. The number and catalogue of Products available under the BX GY Offer will be displayed on the Platforms from time to time, at its sole discretion.

3.8. From time to time, AJIO will also offer discounts for Products under the Buy A at B offer (“BA AB Offer”), under which upon purchase of a certain quantity of Products (“A”), Users will be offered the bundle of products at a pre-decided bundle price (“B”). The benefit availed by a User from the bundled promotion would be apportioned amongst the Products purchased on a weighted average basis. Accordingly, in case of return of any Product purchased under the BA AB Offer, the refund payable by AJIO on such Product would be the value of the Product calculated on a weighted average basis. The number and catalogue of Products available under the BA AB Offer will be displayed on the Platforms from time to time, at AJIO’s sole discretion.

3.9. If AJIO partners with any third party in connection with a promotion, any terms and conditions of such promotion provided by the third party will also be applicable on such promotion.

3.10. AJIO reserves the right to cancel any purchase of the Products carried out using means including, but not limited to, invalid or unauthorized use of Discounts on the Platforms. AJIO shall at all times have the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against any website, entity or individual engaged in unauthorized publication of information pertaining to the Discounts. The Discounts are non-transferable and have no cash value.

3.11. AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of any of the promotions offered on the Platforms at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.

3.12. Cancellation of Products: Subject to paragraph 3.2 of AJIO’s return and refund policy, if a User intends to cancel the purchase of a Product offered through a Promotion, and such cancellation has been accepted by AJIO, such User shall be entitled to a refund of the exact amount paid by the User for purchase of such Product or Products on the Platforms. By way of an illustration:

3.12.1. A User’s order reflects the purchase of a single Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, and the User makes an online payment of a sum of INR 1,280 at the time of placing the order on the Platforms. Upon cancellation of the Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. If the User had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the preferred mode of payment, the User will not be entitled to any refund upon cancellation.

3.12.2. A User’s order reflects the purchase of two Products: (a) the first Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, totaling up to INR 1,280, and (b) the second Product whose MRP is INR 1,500, with no applicable Discounts. The User makes payment of a total amount of INR 2,780 through credit card at the time of placing the order on the Platforms. Upon cancellation of the first Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. Upon cancellation of the second Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,500. Upon cancellation of both the Products in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 2,780. If the User had opted for ‘Cash on Delivery’ as the preferred mode of payment, the User will not be entitled to any refund upon cancellation.

3.13. Return of Products: Subject to paragraph 3 of AJIO’s return and refund policy, if a User desires to return a Product or Products which have been purchased during the term of a Promotion, and such return has been accepted by AJIO, the User shall be entitled to a refund of the exact amount paid by the User for purchase of the Product or Products on the Platforms. By way of an illustration:

3.13.1. A User’s order reflects the purchase of a single Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, and the User pays a sum of INR 1,280 for purchase of the Product. Upon return of the Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280.

3.13.2. A User’s order reflects the purchase of two Products: (a) the first Product whose MRP is INR 2,000, with a Trade Discount of 20%, and a Coupon Discount of 20%, totaling up to INR 1,280, and (b) the second Product whose MRP is INR 1,500, with no applicable Discounts. Upon return of the first Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,280. Upon return of the second Product in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 1,500. Upon return of both the Products in accordance with the AJIO Promotions Policy, the User will be entitled to a refund of INR 2,780.

3.14. As a part of the Promotions, AJIO offers end of season sales from time to time (“EOS Sales”) which shall subsist only until stocks offered for EOS Sales last. The EOS Sales shall offer discounts on the MRP up to a certain percentage on select merchandise. The range of discounts offered on a Product or the Products may increase or decrease at any time during the EOS Sales at the sole discretion of AJIO and AJIO shall not be required to serve a prior written notice intimating such change in the range of discounts to the Users.

3.15. Promotions may be combined only at the sole discretion of AJIO. All Promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value. Without having to service a prior notice on the User, AJIO reserves the sole right to extend or terminate the Promotions.

3.16. If the performance of AJIO in respect of any of the promotions is prevented or delayed due to circumstances including but not limited to the incidence of computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other circumstances of a similar nature beyond the control of AJIO, AJIO shall not be liable for the consequences of such non-performance.

3.17. By the User’s participation in the Promotions, the User agreed to indemnify and hold harmless AJIO, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents and representatives from any and all claims including reasonable attorney fees and costs arising out of the User’s participation in the Promotions.

Terms of Specific Promotions

a) First Purchase Offer

The First Purchase Offer is a promotional offer for all Users who are making their first purchase on the Platforms (“First Purchase Offer”).

The First Purchase Offer will commence on a date as notified on the Platforms, and will continue until the First Purchase Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of First Purchase Offer”).

The First Purchase Offer is applicable on selected Products sold on the Platforms.

Users may avail the benefit of the First Purchase Offer only once.

The Coupon Discount offered under the First Purchase Offer cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by AJIO (other than Trade Discounts).

AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the First Purchase Offer, or discontinue the First Purchase Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.

b) Ajio Wallet Offer

AJIO Points Based Registration Program

AJIO Points based registration program is a promotion that AJIO.com runs for its users. As a part of this program, when a user registers on AJIO.com, we will credit up to 750 AJIO Points into the user’s account.

FAQs

  • What part of the order Value can the customer pay using AJIO Points?

The customer can pay his entire order value using AJIO Points excluding taxes and shipping charges. These points are 100% redeemable for Order Value above INR 750.

Example: If the order value is ₹699, out of which the item cost excluding taxes is ₹750, taxes are ₹50 and shipping charges are ₹149 and if the customer has 750 AJIO Points in his account, then the customer needs to pay only ₹199 through other payment options.

  • Can I pay part of my order using AJIO Wallet?

Yes. AJIO Wallet is just another Payment mode.

  • How long are these points valid?

These points are valid for 7 days from the time of registration post which these points will appear in expired state in the user’s ledger and they cannot be redeemed.

  • What happens when the user Cancels or Returns?

When the user cancels or returns the product, the points get re-credited to the user’s AJIO Wallet in active or expired state depending on the original expiry duration of the points while they were credited to the user’s account.

Example: If the points were credited on 1st July and if the expiry was on 7th July and if the user cancels the order on 8th July, then the points will be shown in user’s wallet as expired. Similar rule applies to returns. Note that for returns, the points get credited back to the wallet when the return request is processed and not when the return request is created.

c) Terms and Conditions for RelianceOne Membership Program

The portal, www.ajio.com (“Ajio Website”) and AJIO mobile application (“Ajio App”) (collectively “Platform”) is managed and operated by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”), a public company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. Reliance enables sale and purchase of diverse range of products listed on the Platform from time to time.

An individual, who is of 18 years of age or above and has the capacity to enter into a contract makes specified purchases or completes transactions on the Platform as per the then prevailing terms of Reliance, can become a member (“ROne  Member”) of RelianceOne Membership Program (“ ROne Membership Program”) upon voluntarily providing his/her mobile number at the time of shopping to avail wide range of privileges and benefits and to earn points (“ROne Points”) which can be redeemed on the Platform.

Please read the following terms and conditions (“ROne Terms and Conditions”) carefully. By enrolling and availing the benefits of the ROne Membership Program, you are bound by these ROne Terms and Conditions.

The applicant hereby acknowledges that he/she has understood and accepts the ROne Terms and Conditions set out herein or ROne Terms and Conditions modified from time to time available on the Platform and agrees that the same will be binding upon him/her and by accepting the ROne Terms and Conditions, he/she shall not dispute the same and agrees to be bound by these ROne Terms and Conditions and waive his/her right to claim any ambiguity.

  1. ROne Member shall be entitled to earn ROne Points on the Platform on the purchase of goods and payment in respect thereof, in accordance with policies and/or schemes introduced or prevailing at the time.
  2. ROne Member earns 1 ROne Point for every one hundred rupees (INR 100) spent on buying Reliance’s products and/or services on the Platform.

    The redemption rate of each ROne Point shall be seventy (0.70) paisa on the Platform.
  3. ROne Member’s mobile number must be correctly entered on the Platform before billing or on completion of a transaction and it should be correctly captured on the invoice to earn ROne Points, failing which ROne Points will not be credited and Reliance shall not be responsible for the same. ROne Member shall be solely responsible to ensure that ROne Points are captured properly on the Platform. No requests for retro-credit will be entertained.
  4. Reliance will not be responsible for any loss of ROne Points due to loss, misuse, surrender or transfer of mobile number by ROne Member.
  5. ROne Points cannot be encashed. ROne Points are redeemable only against select products or services in accordance with the prevailing redemption policy / schemes at the time of such redemption.
  6. ROne Member can know the current balance of ROne Points by giving a missed call on 9212999888.

    In case of any refund as per policy, Reliance shall reverse the earlier ROne Points credited, if any, in respect of the value of such refund.
  7. No ROne Points shall be credited to the extent purchase of goods or services was by way of redemption of ROne Points. It is the responsibility of ROne Member to check the Points balance from time to time by appropriate means. Reliance shall not provide any account statement to ROne Member.
  8. ROne Points shall not be credited if the mobile number used for signing up for ROne Membership Program is used by an institution/ organization/ reseller/ bulk buyer for the purchase of goods or services.
  9. ROne Points are credited against the ROne Member’s mobile number and as such cannot be pooled with, combined or transferred to any other mobile number.
  10. If ROne Member wishes to transfer the ROne Points against his mobile number to another mobile number, he is required to furnish documentary evidence that both the mobile numbers belong to him.
  11. ROne Points are not transferrable from one ROne Member to another ROne Member.
  12. Reliance may, at its sole discretion reject the enrolment in the ROne Membership Program for any reasons whatsoever as it deems appropriate.
  13. Reliance’s computation of ROne Points shall be final and binding. ROne Member shall not raise any dispute or question in respect of the same.
  14. All disputes in connection with the ROne Membership Program are subject to the laws of India and subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  15. Reliance reserves the right to change/amend/add/delete/modify, without assigning any reasons therefor, ROne Terms and Conditions of the ROne Membership Program including without limitation the rate of awarding ROne Points, the rate of redeeming ROne Points, validity of ROne Points and the qualifying purchases from time to time or to withdraw or terminate the membership of any ROne Member without being responsible or liable to any person in any manner whatsoever. ROne Member acknowledges that it may not be possible for Reliance to ensure that all such changes/ amendments / additions /deletions/ modifications are informed to ROne Member. Accordingly, ROneMember is advised to check for any such changes/ amendments / additions /deletions/ modifications regularly on the Platform or designated customer service call centre.
  16. Liability of Reliance shall be limited to the extent of the then current value of outstanding ROne Points standing to the credit of ROne Member as per records maintained by Reliance.
  17. Reliance’s obligation under the ROne Membership Program is subject to force majeure conditions. In the event a force majeure situation occurs, Reliance shall not be responsible for any damage or loss which ROne Members/applicants may suffer by reason of such a failure or delay of performance, and such failure or delay shall not be a breach on part of Reliance.
  18. By redeeming the ROne points, ROne Members grant to Reliance a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, assignable license to display, publish, announce or refer the details or name ("Member Material") in any form, electronic or print manner, venue, media or technology now known or later developed for any and all purposes, including, without limitation, for purposes of trade, advertising, and promotion as Reliance and its licensees or assignees determine, without any further compensation, notification, or permission.

d) ‘INVITE YOUR FRIENDS TO AJIO’ PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This ‘Invite your Friends to AJIO’ Program (“AJIO Referral Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) offers the opportunity to earn rewards by referring individuals to sign up and make purchases on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and/or AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) collectively (“AJIO Platform”) using a unique AJIO referral code (“Referral Code”) provided to registered users of AJIO Platform (“AJIO User”).

These terms apply to the AJIO User’s participation in the AJIO Referral Program. By participating in this, AJIO Users agree to use the AJIO Referral Program as outlined herein, and consistent with any other terms that maybe applied to the AJIO Referral Program from time to time by Reliance.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The referrer (AJIO User who refers a new user) must be a registered user on AJIO Platform (“Referrer”)
  2. The referee (person who is referred by AJIO User) should not be an existing registered user on AJIO Platform (“Referee”)
  3. The phone number and email address used by Referee to register on AJIO Platform using the Referral Code of the Referrer, should not have been used to log into AJIO Platform any time before.
  4. The phone number provided for receiving the OTP should not have been used to receive OTP for the AJIO Referral Program any time before.

PROGRAM DETAILS

  1. Referrer receives a Referral Code that can be shared with the Referrer’s friends or contacts via email or social media.
  2. To participate, the Referee has to create an account with a valid phone number and email address on either one of Ajio Platform.
  3. The Referee shall receive non-transferable AJIO points (as defined on the AJIO Website ) worth Rs.150 in Referee’s AJIO Wallet (as defined on the AJIO Website) instantly upon successful sign up.
  4. In order for the Referrer to receive the referral reward, the Referee must successfully place an order on AJIO Platform within the timeline specified by Reliance from time to time.
  5. Once a Referee successfully places an order and the return window of 30 days is closed, the Referrer receives non-transferable AJIO points worth Rs.150 into Referrer’s AJIO Wallet for the referral.
  6. The value of each AJIO point is Rs.1 that is redeemable for purchase of products only on AJIO Platform and this is subject to change any time at the sole discretion of Reliance.
  7. In case of cancellation/no delivery/refusal to accept the order or return or exchange of the order by the Referee, there will be no credit of AJIO points to Referrer’s AJIO Wallet.
  8. Only a maximum of 1500 AJIO points per month shall be deposited into Referrer’s AJIO Wallet as referral reward for the referral made in the previous month.

USE OF CREDIT

  1. Both Referrer and the Referee will receive the rewards of the AJIO Referral Program in the form of non-transferrable AJIO points credited to AJIO Wallet
  2. AJIO points cannot be redeemed for actual cash and shall not be transferable to a different AJIO User and/or to anyone’s bank account.
  3. AJIO points given to the Referrer and/or Referee is at the sole discretion of Reliance and can change anytime without notice.
  4. Reliance has the sole discretion to decide the expiry period of AJIO points received by the Referrer and/or Referee

OTHER TERMS

  1. Referrer can send unlimited invitations using his/her Referral Code under this AJIO Referral Program;
  2. Referral Codes are generated once per AJIO User and are valid for the life time of the AJIO User;
  3. Reliance can decide to stop the AJIO Referral Program at any time;
  4. Reliance reserves the right, at its discretion to change, modify, add, delete or remove any portions of the AJIO Referral Program Terms and Conditions, at any time without any prior written notice. The decision of Reliance in this regard shall be final and binding on all AJIO Users;
  5. Reliance, at any time, at its discretion, can add more benefits (or) add a redemption limit to AJIO points at any time;
  6. If either Referrer or Referee tries to do or has done any fraudulent activity to incur financial loss to Reliance or takes undue financial advantage by publishing the Referral Code with unapproved (by Reliance) promotional message on any other platform, will lead to no remittance of AJIO points to both the Referrer and Referee and if already remitted into AJIO accounts of the referrer and/or referee, AJIO at its sole discretion can remove any such AJIO points already remitted, at any time.
  7. The AJIO User shall not be bound in any way to participate in this Program. Any participation is voluntary in nature.

APPLICABLE LAW

This AJIO Referral Program Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this AJIO Referral Program.

e) INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This instant discount offer (defined below) is a promotional offer and is organized and administered by Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) collectively (“AJIO Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on AJIO Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:

This Instant Discount Offer shall commence on 06th January 2022 at [00:00:00 Hrs], and continue until 16th January 2022, [23:59:59 Hrs] or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO (“Term of the Offer”).  

ELIGIBILITY:

This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Contest Start Date.

  4. This Offer does not apply to any other mode of payment other than prepaid.
