This promotional Paytm UPI Assured Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Paytm”), in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”), on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and the AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”, for the purchase of specified products (“Specified Products”) displayed on the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This Offer is open only to individual legal residents of the Republic of India, aged 18 years or above.
2. Each participating AJIO customer (“User / Participant”) must have: 
   • A valid and active Paytm UPI account; and
   • A valid mobile number and email address registered with AJIO and Paytm.
3. Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.

1. Complete a successful payment of ₹999 or more on the participating merchant application using Paytm UPI during the Offer Period.
2. Meet the eligibility criteria determined by Paytm for either the Inactive User Offer or the Repeat User Offer, as described below in the section “OFFER BENEFITS”

1. This Offer is valid only on transactions made on the AJIO Website or AJIO Mobile App using Paytm UPI during the Offer Period.
2. Users who do not satisfy the above criteria shall not be eligible for the Offer, even if all other conditions are fulfilled.
3. Determination of eligibility, including classification as a Repeat or Inactive User, shall be solely at Paytm’s discretion and shall be final and binding.

OFFER BENEFITS

A. Inactive User Offer

Users who have not used Paytm for any eligible transaction in the preceding sixty (60) days ("Inactive Users") and complete a qualifying transaction during the Offer Period shall be eligible to receive:

• Cashback of up to ₹500; and
• Gold Coins, as determined by Paytm.

Eligible users shall receive a scratch card in the Paytm app containing the applicable reward.

B. Repeat User Offer

Users identified by Paytm as repeat users ("Repeat Users") and who complete a qualifying transaction during the Offer Period shall be eligible to receive:

• A 5% Gold Voucher, worth up to a maximum of ₹500.

The Gold Voucher shall be redeemable instantly against eligible gold purchases made through the Paytm app, subject to the applicable terms governing Paytm Gold transactions

OFFER PERIOD

The Offer shall be valid from 01 September 2026 commencing at 00:00 hours until 31st December 2026 until 23:59 hours, or until such other date and time as may be revoked, modified, or withdrawn by Paytm or AJIO (“Offer Term”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Scratch card issuance and redemption & Cashback credit

1. Eligible users shall receive a scratch card in the Paytm app after completion of a qualifying transaction.
2. Scratch cards issued under this Offer shall remain valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
3. Failure to scratch and redeem the scratch card within the validity period shall result in forfeiture of the reward, without any liability on Paytm.
4. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash except as expressly stated by Paytm.
5. Upon successful scratching and redemption of the scratch card, the cashback amount, if applicable, shall be credited by Paytm within ten (10) days.
6. Cashback shall be credited to the user's Paytm account or such other destination as determined by Paytm.

B. Restrictions

1. The Inactive User Offer and Repeat User Offer are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined.
2. Each eligible user may avail only one (1) offer under this campaign.
3. A user shall be entitled to receive the benefit only once during the Offer Period.
4. This Offer cannot be clubbed or combined with any other promotional offer, scheme, cashback, reward, or incentive unless expressly stated otherwise by Paytm.

C. User Consent & Data Usage

1. By participating in this Offer, the User irrevocably: 
   • Authorizes Paytm and its affiliates to collect, store, use, and process personal and transaction data for Offer administration, analytics, and marketing;
   • Consents to data sharing with service providers and affiliates for Offer fulfilment;
   • Waives the applicability of the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry and agrees to receive promotional communications via SMS, email, calls, and notifications regarding current and future offers.

D. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, whether express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for purpose, availability, reliability, and timeliness—are hereby disclaimed.
2. Participation in the Offer is at the User’s sole risk and discretion.
3. Paytm’s maximum aggregate liability, if any, arising out of the Offer shall not exceed the value of the cashback credited or intended to be credited for the concerned transaction.
4. Neither Paytm nor AJIO shall be liable for: 
   • Technical failures, server errors, network issues, or service interruptions;
   • Loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or consequential damages;
   • Any personal injury, death, or loss arising directly or indirectly from use or non‑use of the Offer.

E. Force Majeure

1. Paytm and AJIO shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or inability to perform due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, technical failures, epidemics, riots, war, system outages, or network failures.

F. Indemnity

1. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paytm, AJIO, their directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Violation of applicable law;
• Misuse of the Offer or third‑party data.

G. Miscellaneous

1. Failure by Paytm to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of such right.
2. Paytm may assign its rights under these Terms; Users shall not assign their rights or obligations.
3. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
4. Paytm’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and binding.
5. These Terms & Conditions form an extension of Paytm’s platform policies. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer.
