Terms and Conditions for Coupon Quest  
 

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the coupon quest (“Coupon Quest”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”), its corresponding mobile site, and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). Participant (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Coupon Quest will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Coupon Quest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.  
 

PERIOD:  
 

This Coupon Quest will go live on 01^st March 2024 at 00:00 hrs (“Coupon Quest Start Date”) and will end on 10^th March 2024 at 23:59 hrs (“Coupon Quest End Date”) (together “Coupon Quest Period”)  
 

ELIGIBILITY:  
 

• Coupon Quest is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Coupon Quest Start Date  
• Each AJIO Customer should have a valid phone number and e-mail address  
• For participating, AJIO Customer must use coins credited by Reliance (“AJIO Big Coins”) to avail electronic discount coupons (“Coupons”) available on the Coupon Quest page on the Platform using AJIO Big Coins only.  
   

REDEMPTION OF COUPONS:  
 

• Coupons availed on the Coupon Quest page on the Platform can only be redeemed by the AJIO Customer during the AJIO All Stars Sale (“AJIO ALL STARS Sale”)  
• Each Coupon can be used under a single transaction only  
• The Coupons availed from the Coupon Quest page will only provide a discount on the purchase value of the products sold on the Platform and AJIO Customer will be liable to pay the difference in the amount at the time of check out.
   

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  
 

• Each Coupon has a pre-set expiration date as determined by Reliance. Expiration date of the Coupon can be changed or updated without prior intimation to the AJIO Customer  
• The number of AJIO Big Coins credited to the AJIO Customer is at the sole discretion of Reliance  
• AJIO Big Coins credited can be withheld by Reliance without prior intimation to AJIO Customer  
• AJIO Big Coins can only be used to avail Coupons that are available on the Coupon Quest page and cannot be used for any other monetary transaction within or outside the Platform  
• List of Coupons that can be availed by redeeming AJIO Big Coins is at the sole discretion of Reliance. This list can be changed or updated without prior intimation to AJIO Customer  
• Quantity of each type of Coupon available on the Coupon Quest page on the Platform is determined by Reliance. The said quantity can be changed or updated without prior intimation to AJIO Customer  
• Coupons once availed by the AJIO Customer cannot be transferred or assigned to other customers on the Platform  
• All matters related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on this behalf by Reliance  
• Participation in this Coupon Quest is purely voluntary.  
• Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Coupon Quest  
• Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Coupon Quest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.  
• This Coupon Quest is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.  
• Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.  
• Coupon cannot be combined with any other Coupon offered by Reliance on the Platform.  
• Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise other than the eligible ones.  
• In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Coupon and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Coupon Quest.  
• Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.  
• Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Coupon Quest including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to redeem any Coupon that is caused by:  
• technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent AJIO Customer’s participation in this Coupon Quest;  
• any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Coupon or its redemption;  
• Any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the Coupon Quest to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to non-redemption of the Coupon.  
• Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to the Coupon Quest will be entertained by Reliance only during the Coupon Quest Period at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.  
• AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customer’s part.  
• AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Coupon Quest.
