How long will the delivery take?

Our Logistics Partners deliver with speed and agility and perform seamless end-to-end distribution with passion and commitment. On each product's display page, you can enter your location's pin code to check when you can expect to receive the delivery which may vary between 2 - 9 working days.

Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated on every step.

How can I track my order?

We know you are excited to receive your AJIO Order at the earliest to be able to flaunt the new look at a party or to show off your modern ethnic look at a family gathering. Once we carefully pack your product with perfection and ship it out, you can start tracking you Order.

Check the SMS notification and click on the tracking number to track the journey of your item in real time! Alternatively, you can also login to AJIO.com and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.

Will all the products be shipped out together?

Our aim is to ship the entire order together. To ensure that you don’t wait even a minute longer than you have to, we might ship some products out first and ship the remaining in a separate shipment. We know you are waiting eagerly and trust us, this will be worth it.

How much will the shipping cost me?

All orders above Rs.999 will be shipped free of cost. For any orders below Rs.999, a nominal fee of Rs.99 would be applied.

Will I have to be personally present to receive my order?

We would definitely love to deliver your order to you to see the joy on your face. However, if you aren’t there, no worries. We will hand it to the person available and our extremely heedful delivery executive will confirm the same on a call. For security and validation, the signature of the receiver might be taken at the time of delivery.

Can I change my delivery address or mobile number once the order has been placed?

Unfortunately, that is not possible at the moment, since the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product.

That being said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don’t worry, there are no cancellation charges.

Why is the Cash on Delivery (COD) option not offered in my location?

Few places are not covered for COD by our delivery partners. Any inconvenience you face is regretted. This issue might also occur if the cash amount payable at the time of delivery exceeds a certain limit which is decided by our courier partners. Hence, we request you to always enter your pin code to check the availability of COD in your area. Alternatively, may we suggest an alternate form of payment? Perhaps a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

We are not saying that this will be permanent; your pin code might be COD-enabled in the future. Do check!

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

Nothing will make us happier than to be able to deliver to all corners in India. AJIO believes that fashion is for all and sundry. Check for serviceability while shopping and if not covered, please select another pin code.

Do you deliver internationally?

While AJIO products are at par with international products, we currently only deliver within India. But if you want to send a gift to your relatives in India, feel free to place an order using Indian currency as mode of payment.

What delivery carriers do you use?

Like how a stork is committed to delivering babies, we are committed to delivering our amazing AJIO products to you. We use the delivery services of Delhivery, Bluedart and Aramex. We chose the best of the best in the industry for you.

Are your products genuine?

At AJIO, we don’t believe in finding customers for our products, we find products for our customers. All our 100% genuine products are specially picked for fashion savvy customers. Products go through a multiple-point quality check before being shipping out. So do not worry, just - PURCHASE, ENJOY and REPEAT! ☺

I need a copy of my invoice for my order placed with AJIO. How do I go about with it? 

We ship all packages with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, give us a buzz and we’ll email you a soft copy.

Can I shop for the merchandise on AJIO at other Reliance places?

We are so proud of our handpicked collection that we refuse to share it with anyone else. This way you can be rest assured that every time you shop, you get a taste of exclusive fashion. Avoid disastrous twinning incidents at a party. ☺

What are the various statuses an order can have?

The various statuses are:

Confirmed: Hurrah! You have placed the order and confirmation has been sent to you. You were finally able to select something from the amazing collection we offer.

Packed: We pack your product with great care and love and then it’s ready to be dispatched.

Dispatched: Your order is on the move and very soon AJIO’s goodness will be at your doorstep.

Delivered: It simply means you’ve received the order. You probably won’t even read this because you are busy trying the new shirt you received.
