I received a call from someone claiming to be from AJIO and that I had won a contest. Should I share any information?
While we run promotions and give away gifts from time to time to winners, we never ask for any financial information over telephone or email. If you have received any such calls/emails, please disregard them immediately, and notify us so that we can take it up.
Also, if you have won anything on AJIO, you would never have to pay anything. We promise! :-)
How do I return my product?
You can return a product at AJIO by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID. Once the Return ID gets generated, For Fashion & Lifestyle products, please pack the following into a sealed bag:
1. The returned product
2. The price-tags
3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it.
For Digital products, please pack the following into the returns bag provided to you upon delivery. This is a tamper free bag.

From the time the Return ID is generated, we shall keep you posted on the date the refund towards your returned product would be initiated.
If we are picking up the product, we shall notify you with a promised pickup date.
If you’re shipping the product to us, your refund should get initiated within 1 Business Day from the moment we receive the returned product at our Warehouse.
How much will I be refunded if I return a product and what is the mode of refund?
We promise to refund the entire amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid – no strings attached!
The mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order.

Can I Gift-Wrap a product for someone?
Surprise your loved ones with some amazing products of AJIO. If it’s Christmas or even a break up, choose AJIO’s gift-wrap option to celebrate. It only costs an extra Rs.35/- per order.
To ensure that the recipient doesn't pay for their own gift, we insist that for a gift wrapped order, the mode of payment would have to be online. If you want to have each product packed separately, we recommend that you place an order for each product individually.
How can I track my order?
We know you are excited to receive your AJIO Order at the earliest to be able to flaunt the new look at a party or to show off your modern ethnic look at a family gathering. Once we carefully pack your product with perfection and ship it out, you can start tracking you Order.
Check the SMS notification and click on the tracking number to track the journey of your item in real time! Alternatively, you can also login to AJIO.com and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status.
