Terms and Conditions for Top 1947 Customers Program
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Top 1947 Customers Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The customer (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program, he / she will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
PERIOD:
- This Program will commence 12th August 2022(“Program Start Date”) at 12:00 am and will end on 15th August 2022 (“Program End Date”) at 11:59 pm (together, “Program Period”).Only purchases made during the Program Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Program. Any purchases made prior to or after the Program Period will not be considered for the purposes of determining the winners of this Program. ELIGIBILITY:
- This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
- Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
- To participate in this Program, the AJIO Customer must place an order of high values and the purchases must be made within the Program Period.
The purchases made should not have been returned, exchanged, or cancelled for 30 (Thirty) days from the time of purchase (“Purchase Return Window”).
REWARDS:
- Each of the top 1947 (one thousand nine hundred and forty seven) AJIO Customers who have placed orders of the highest value as specified on the Platform during the Program Period (“Program Winner”) will be eligible to obtain 1947 (one thousand nine hundred and forty seven) AJIO points(“Reward”).
- Post completion of 45 (forty five) days from the date the last exchanged product is delivered, AJIO will credit the amount to the AJIO Customer’s AJIO wallet, subject to returns and cancellations.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
- Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
- AJIO shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.
- The Program can only be availed by those AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform, either prepaid or through cash on delivery mode, and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.
- AJIO reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.
- This Program is for a limited period only, i.e. the Program Period, and can be withdrawn by AJIO at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
- The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO on the Platform.
- The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, AJIO reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any AJIO Customer from availing the benefits of this Program.
- AJIO does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward.
- AJIO does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:

- technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
- any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
- Any other events beyond AJIO's control that may cause the Program to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
- Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by AJIO only during the Program Period at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
- AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.
- AJIO Customers agree that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
