Terms and Conditions for AJIO LUXE

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the AJIO LUXE Discount Offer (“Offer”) being offered by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on https://www.luxe.ajio.com/ (“AJIO LUXE Website”) and on the corresponding mobile application ‘AJIO’ (“Mobile App”), (collectively called “Platform”) in association with AMA Marketing Solutions Private Limited (“AMSPL”) for the brand Audi India, SKODA AUTO Volkswagen India Private Limited. The Audi India customer (“Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Offer, he/she will be bound by these Terms and agrees to satisfy all the Offer eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

PERIOD:

This Offer will go live on 29^th August 2022 (“Offer Start Date”) and will end on 31^st December 2022 (“Offer End Date”) at 23:59 PM (“Offer Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:

This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Offer Start Date.
Each Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.
For availing this Offer, the Customer must make purchases on the Platform within the Offer Period.
The Offer is open only for Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform, either prepaid or through the cash on delivery mode, and upon the Customer making the relevant payments.
The Customer must sign up/login on the Portal before applying the Code (defined below) in order to avail the Offer.
The Code shall be provided by AMSPL to all Customers.

OFFER:

All eligible Customers shall be provided AJIO Luxe promo code ‘LUXEAUDI’ (“Code”) entitling the Customers to avail a discount of 10%, and in no event exceeding 50% in total, on the Platform. The Code can be redeemed only until the Offer End Date after which it will expire.
Codes are the responsibility of the redeemer and any such Codes that are either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
The Code must be applied in the ‘Apply Code’ section during checkout at the time of placing the orders by the Customers.
Customers who receive the Code under the Offer may avail it on all products sold on the Platform. This Offer will be applicable for brands across the Platform barring those that are under global exclusions. The list of brands to which the Offer does not apply are as follows:

The Codes issued under the Offer may be redeemed on the Platform.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offer offered by Reliance and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
The Code is not transferable and cannot be resold / used by any other person other than the Customer.
Reliance is the sole authority for interpretation of these Terms.
Reliance reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Reliance shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these Terms. All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
Customers and bearers of the Codes issued under this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customer(s) without prior notice.
This Offer is for a limited period, as mentioned above, and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Offer and disqualify any Customer from getting the benefits of this Offer.
Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Offer. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, guarantee, warranty or similar claims made by the Customers and the same shall be directed to the respective brand owners/ manufacturers of the products. The guarantee and warranty of the products shall be transferred to the Customer as received from the respective manufacturer/ distributor of such products and Reliance shall not be liable in any manner for the same.
Reliance does not accept responsibility for loss of the Code or stolen Code under this Offer and no duplicate Code or other compensation shall be provided by Reliance to the Customers under any circumstances.
Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage or cost or third party liability which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including but not limited to any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Customers that is caused by:

technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;
any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Codes under this Offer;
any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Customer.

Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Offer or Code will be entertained by Reliance only during the Offer Period at Customercare@ajio.com.
The Customer will be solely responsible for any and all expenses not covered under the Code and/or the Offer.
The Code is offered as a part of a promotional program conducted by Reliance at its sole discretion. The Customer acknowledges that this Code was received without payment of any value or consideration.
The Customer acknowledges that the Code constitutes a mere gratuity issued at the discretion of AMSPL and Reliance, and that the Code does not transfer any right, title or interest, of any value, to the Customer.
Customers hereby agree to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customer’s part.
Customers agrees that these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Offer.
