Terms and Conditions for Reliance Top Shopper Program – Goa Getaway Reward
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance Top Shopper Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called “Portal”.
This Program is being made available purely on a “best effort” basis. All customers purchasing specified AJIO categories of products (“Specified Products”) on the Portal (“AJIO Customer”/ “You” / “Your”) agree that their participation in this Program is completely voluntary and by participating in this Program, he/she will be bound by these Program Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all Program related eligibility requirements as mentioned herein. By participating in this Program, You are deemed to have accepted these Program Terms.
These Program Terms are in addition to the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as may be applicable. To the extent the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Program Terms, these Program Terms will prevail with respect to this Program only.
1. PROGRAM PERIOD:
This Program is valid from 02nd October to 31st October 2025 (“Program Period”). Purchases made within this Program Period and meeting the eligibility criteria below will qualify.
2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASE:
Any purchase of Specified Products made by AJIO Customers on the Portal during the Program Period which are successfully delivered and are not cancelled, returned, exchanged or rejected will be considered as an Eligible Purchase. Purchases before or after the Program Period will not be considered as Eligible Purchases under this Program.
3. ELIGIBILITY:
- This Program is open to all AJIO Customers who are individual legal residents of the Republic of India and aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date. Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
- Only customers purchasing products above the defined threshold value (₹99,999 in a single invoice or multiples thereof) will qualify for the Reward. The Reward is sponsored by C. Krishniah Chetty Group of Jewellers (“CKC”).
- For determining the threshold of ₹99,999, the calculation shall be based on the net invoice value of Eligible Purchase after applying all discounts but before applicable taxes and levies. Payments made using AJIO wallet credits, coupons, or similar benefits shall be treated as part of the discount and not included in the threshold calculation.
- Eligible categories: Lab-grown diamond or silver jewellery only.
- Offer redeemable by the invoice holder only. One companion permitted.
- One voucher per invoice/household; not combinable with other offers.
- The top fifty (50) customers will be determined based on the eligibility criteria set out above, following the completion of the applicable product return window period.
- Only purchases that remain valid and non-returned after the return window will be considered for eligibility.
- The CKC team will directly contact the selected customers regarding their qualification for the trip.
4. TERMS OF REWARD:
Customers meeting the eligibility criteria will receive a complimentary Goa Getaway for two (2), sponsored and fulfilled solely by CKC through its appointed travel partner.
The Reward includes:
- Return economy class flights for two adults ex-Bengaluru within fare cap (₹50,000 for two, incl. base fare + standard taxes/fees and extras).
- 2 nights accommodation at a 4/5-star hotel (Hard Rock or similar) with breakfast only.
- A/C airport transfers in Goa to and from the airport
The Reward has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or resold.
In the event the Eligible Purchase is returned, exchanged, or otherwise reduced below ₹99,999, the Reward shall stand cancelled. If any travel bookings have already been made or availed, the customer shall reimburse CKC/travel partner the actual cost of such bookings made up to the date of cancellation, subject to a maximum cap of ₹50,000 per package. Reliance shall have no role in recovery of such reimbursement, which shall be dealt directly between CKC/travel partner and the customer.
5. FULFILMENT & RESPONSIBILITY:
Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) is only the promoter of this Program and has no role in the operation, management, or fulfillment of the Reward. All responsibility for bookings, travel services, service quality, safety, cancellations, and dispute resolution rests solely with CKC and/or its appointed travel partner. Reliance shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any claims, losses, damages, compensation, costs, or expenses, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, arising from the Reward or its fulfilment.
6. BOOKING & VALIDITY:
- Bookings must be made at least 15 days before travel.
- Black-out dates: All Indian long weekends, major festivals (e.g., Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas–New Year, Independence Day weekend, Holi), public holidays, and hotel high-demand event periods.
- All bookings subject to availability; if base inventory unavailable, customer may change dates/hotel or pay the difference.
7. EXCLUSIONS (Payable by Customer):
- Fare differences for travel origins other than Bengaluru.
- Peak surcharges, extra airline taxes, seat selection, excess baggage.
- Meals beyond breakfast, tips, laundry, minibar, room service, and other personal expenses.
- Early check-in/late check-out, extra beds, child/adult supplements.
- Travel insurance (recommended).
- GST/levies on upgrades/add-ons.
The Reward is strictly limited to the inclusions mentioned herein. All other expenses including but not limited to meals beyond breakfast, personal incidentals, additional travel, insurance, and statutory taxes/levies shall be borne solely by the customer. Customers are advised to obtain travel insurance at their own cost.
8. CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS:
Once confirmed, bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Any changes or cancellations are governed solely by the travel partner’s and airline/hotel policies, with additional costs payable by the customer. No-shows void the Reward.
9. LIABILITY & DISPUTES:
All disputes or service-related issues in relation to flights, hotels, or travel inclusions shall be addressed directly with CKC or its appointed travel partner. Reliance shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from availing the Reward.

10. REWARD AVAILABILITY / WINNER SELECTION:
All customers meeting the eligibility criteria shall qualify for the Reward, subject to inventory availability. In case the number of eligible customers exceeds the Reward inventory, Rewards shall be allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the date and time of purchase during the Program Period.
11. GENERAL TERMS:
Reliance reserves the right to modify, alter, or withdraw this Program at its sole discretion without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this shall not limit the statutory rights of any customer to file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 before the jurisdictional consumer forum.
