Terms and Conditions for Ajio X Scotch Top Spender Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance Top Spender Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Portal”). The customer agrees that, by participating in this Program (“AJIO Customer”) will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

PERIOD:

This Program will go live on 24^th April, 2025 at 12:00 AM (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 28^th April, 2025 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 PM (“Program Period”).
Only purchases made during the Program Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Program. Any purchases made prior to or after the Program Period will not be considered for the purposes of determining the winners of this Program.

REWARD:

During the Program Period, the customer who makes the highest cumulative purchases on each day shall be selected as the "Top Shopper" (“Program Winner”) for that day, and a total of five (5) Top Shoppers will be selected across the Program Period, each of whom shall be eligible to receive one (1) Canvas Leather Bag worth INR 12,000 (the "Reward").
Reliance shall not be responsible for the delivery and shipment of the Reward
AJIO Customers shall not be eligible to win a Reward more than once during the Program Period.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above, on the Program Start Date.
Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
The Reward is applicable only for items purchased via pre-paid orders and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery (“COD”) orders
Only AJIO Customers who are end customers making a purchase for their personal household use, shall be eligible for the Rewards. AJIO Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as may be determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.
Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.
AJIO Customer who has placed orders of the highest Net Order value during the Program Period (“Program Winner”) will become eligible to win rewards (“Reward”).
The Program Winners shall make highest purchase of products on the Portal post any cancellations or returns of products, provided however, such cancellation or return shall be done within 15 days from the date of delivery (“ Return Window”).
In the event there are multiple AJIO Customers with the highest purchase Net order value on the Portal, the AJIO Customer who has made the earliest purchase shall be deemed the Program Winner.
Only 1 (one) Reward will be awarded to each Winner under this Program
Reliance Employees and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such Reliance Employees, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Program.
Reliance reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible Top Spender account if it is discovered that the participant’s account is linked to other multiple eligible accounts through name, address, phone numbers, email id or location, thereby treating it as a tortious activity.
Reliance cannot be held responsible in case the Program Winner is non-responsive to communication from the Reliance personnel and thereby failing to redeem the Reward
Program Winners of “Reward” shall receive the Reward within 60 (sixty) days post completion of the Purchase Return Window of the last Eligible Purchase made by the Winner during the Program Period

4. WINNER:

Amongst all the AJIO Customer participating in this Program, winners will be selected for this Program basis the highest Net Order Value (“NOV”) of Eligible Purchase(s) made by such AJIO Customer within the Program Time-slot during the Program Period (“Winner”) post any cancellations or returns, provided however, such cancellation or return, if any, shall be done within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery (“Purchase Return Window”).
The Winner under this Program will be announced after 40 days from Program End Date (“Winner Announcement Day”).
The Winner shall provide written consent to Reliance to tag his/her social media account from the official social media handles of Reliance. 
If there is a tie amongst 2 (two) or more AJIO Customer who made the same NOV of Eligible Purchase(s), then the AJIO Customer who made the NOV of Eligible Purchase at an earlier time will be declared as Winner under this Program.
For the purpose of this Program Terms, NOV shall be calculated based on the gross purchase value minus/less any cancellations or return in relation thereof.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
The Program Winner(s) shall be notified by a Reliance personnel via << phone call/email on the registered mobile number/ email address on the Portal of the Program Winner Portal
The Program Winner(s) may hereby provide his/her consent to Reliance to tag his/her social media account on the official social media handles of Reliance
The Program Winner shall receive the Reward within 60 days post completion of the Return Window period
Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.
The Program is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Portal either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.
Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.
This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.
The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Portal.
In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.
Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:
1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
3. any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program and/or the
Reward will be entertained by Reliance only during the Program Period and within 60 days from the Program End Date, at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.
AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
