Terms and Conditions for High Value Shopper Contest

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the High Value Shopper Contest (“Contest”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The AJIO customer (“Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Contest will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that Customer shall satisfy all the Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

PERIOD:

  • This Contest will go live on 16th September 2022, 12:00 AM (“Contest Start Date”) and will end on 25th September 2022 (“Contest End Date”) at 23:59 hrs (together “Contest Period”)
  • Only purchases made during the Contest Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • This Contest is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Contest Start Date.
  • Each Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
  • For participating in this Contest, the Customer must have successfully made purchases of Sports shoes or sneakers on the Platform aggregating to a value of atleast   5000/-
  • The value is subject to returns and cancellations and will be validated after 30 (Thirty) days from the date of purchase.
  • Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as may be determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.

PRIZES:

  • The Customer who has made the highest purchase in the sports shoes or sneakers category in the entire Contest Period, will be considered as the top shopper of the sports shoes or sneakers category and shall be rewarded with A CULTBIKE X1 WORTH Rs. 1,19,000 (“Reward”). There will be only one top topper during the entire Contest Period who will be eligible to be rewarded with A CULTBIKE X1 WORTH Rs 1,19,000.
  • Post return/cancellation window closure of 30 (Thirty) days, Reliance shall send the Reward to the Contest winner (“Winner”) and inform the Winner about the same as soon as the Reward is shipped digitally.
  • The shipped Reward cannot be returned or exchanged for equal value.
  • Winner may use the Reward to redeem on Reliance partner’s platform – Cult.in

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTEST:

  • All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
  • Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary.
  • Reliance shall not charge any amount for participation in this Contest.
  • Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Contest or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Customer(s) without prior notice.
  • This Contest is for a limited period, i.e. the Contest Period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
  • The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
  • The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise other than what is mentioned under these Terms.
  • In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Contest and disqualify any Participant from getting the benefits of this Contest.
  • Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the Customers and the same shall be directed to CULT.in.
  • Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
  • Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Customers that is caused by:
  1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any Customer's participation in this Contest;
  2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
  3. Any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause Contest to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Customer.
  • Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Contest will be entertained by Reliance only during the Term at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
  • Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Customer’s part.
  • Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Contest.
