#DressedToGig Contest

1. The #DressedToGig Contest is a promotional contest in partnership with Joots Paradigm Private Limited (“ATKT”) wherein participants will have the opportunity to win a trip to Belgium to attend the biggest electronic dance music festival along with their best friend (“DTG Contest”).

2. The DTG Contest will commence on 8 May 2018 and will continue until 31 May 2018, or such other date as may be decided by AJIO at its sole discretion (“DTG Contest Term”).

3. The DTG Contest is open to anyone holding an Indian passport, aged 18 years or older but 25 years or lesser, and resident within India (“DTG Contest Participants”).

4. DTG Contest Participants may participate in the DTG Contest through Instagram. Participation to this DTG Contest is purely voluntary.

5. In order to participate in the DTG Contest, DTG Contest Participants must, during the DTG Contest Term:

5.1. follow @AJIOLife on Instagram;

5.2. post image(s) of themselves dressed to go to a party/event/gig or at a party/event/gig, and tag @AJIOLife in the image(s) and use “#DressedToGig” in the caption; and

5.3. follow all the rules which may be announced by @AJIOLife in its post that announces the DTG Contest.

6. Every image posted by a DTG Contest Participant during the DTG Contest Term shall be considered a separate entry submitted to the DTG Contest (“DTG Contest Entry”), and there are no limits on the number of DTG Contest Entries by a DTG Contest Participant during the DTG Contest Term.

7. ATKT will, through direct message on Instagram, provide coupons to shop on the Platforms (“DTG Coupons”) to every DTG Contest Participant, and to those persons who engage on Instagram with the DTG Contest Entry. The DTG Coupons shall be governed by such terms and conditions as may be intimated by ATKT at the time of issue of the DTG Coupons. AJIO shall in no manner be responsible for issuing the DTG Coupons.

8. While DTG Contest Participants are not required to make any purchases to participate in the DTG Contest, persons who redeem the DTG Coupons and submit a DTG Contest Entry wearing the articles purchased using the DTG Coupons may have increased chances of winning the DTG Contest.

9. AJIO may, at its sole discretion, select up to 2 winners of the DTG Contest, from among the DTG Contest Entries (“DTG Contest Winners”).

10. AJIO will announce the DTG Contest Winners for the DTG Contest on 2 June 2018 or on such other date as may be determined by AJIO at its sole discretion.

11. AJIO will provide the DTG Contest Winners and each of their respective best friend (who must be a holder of an Indian Passport and aged between 18 years and 25 years) with: (a) Economy Class air tickets to travel from India to Belgium and back between 20th July 2018 to 22rd July 2018; (b) tickets to the biggest electronic dance music festival in Belgium; and (c) accommodation from 20th July 2018 to 22rd July 2018 in Belgium. Additionally, each of the DTG Contest Winners shall be provided with a cash amount of INR 50,000. The DTG Contest Winner/s respective best friend can only travel if the DTG Contest Winner/s travels along with their respective best friend and not otherwise.

12. The DTG Contest Winners are responsible for arranging a visa for themselves and their respective best friends. AJIO shall not in any manner be responsible or liable for any matter arising from, or relating to, the visas of the DTG Contest Winners and their respective best friends. Transit to/from airport, food and all other incidentals will need to be borne by the Contest winners for themselves and for their respective best friend and shall not be reimbursed by AJIO or ATKT.

13. AJIO or ATKT will not be responsible for change in mobile numbers of the participant/s or in case they are unable to contact the Participant/s if the mobile number is not functional, not reachable or registered for DND. In case AJIO is unable to establish contact with the DTG Contest winner/s atleast a week prior to the event date then the said DTG Contest winner/s will be disqualified.

14. AJIO or ATKT shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury (personal, property or both) or any other liability arising out of the DTG Contest to the Participant/s or DTG Contest Winner/s. All DTG Contest Winners will be responsible for their own safety, insurance and other arrangements for themselves and for their respective best friend during transit and at the event.

15. Details of travel and the events will be either communicated to DTG Contest winner/s separately or put on the webpage of the DTG contest.

16. Failure of the DTG Contest Winner/s and their respective best friend to travel during the scheduled travel date and time shall constitute DTG Contest Winner/s and their respective best friend forfeiting of the entitlements of the DTG Contest and AJIO reserve the right to allow any other DTG Contest Winner/s and their respective best friend which may be selected at its discretion from among the Participant/s, if feasible. A DTG Contest Winner/s and their respective best friend cannot assign their entitlements to any other person under this DTG Contest. The DTG Contest Winner and their best friend cannot exchange the entitlement under this DTG Contest for Cash nor can transfer the same on others

17. Members and families of ATKT/ AJIO staff and management will not be eligible for this DTG Contest.

18. Participation into this DTG Contest confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall constitute irrevocable permission given by the DTG contest winner/s and their best friend to use the DTG Contest winner/s and/or their best friend name, photographs, video/s, audio/s, if any, for the limited purpose of displaying the result, marketing, publicity/advertising in such manner as may be deemed fit by AJIO in print, TV, Social Media etc., without any monetary compensation payable to DTG Contest winner/s and/or their best friend and without any restriction to its frequency and use.

19. AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the DTG Contest, or discontinue the DTG Contest at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Participant/s.

20. The decision of AJIO in all matters relating to the DTG Contest is final and binding on the DTG Contest Participants.

21. The DTG Contest Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines of Instagram (available at <www.instagram.com>) while participating in the DTG Contest.

22. The holding of the Contest and the event is subject to Force Majeure Conditions.

23. All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai Only.

AJIO #DressedToGig Coupons

Series 1 Coupons: To be given to every participant who uploads an image or video to participate in the #DressedToGig contest, tags @AJIOLife and uses #DressedToGig

1. Valid for redemption till the earlier of: (a) a period expiring 48 hours from 12 a.m. on the date on which the coupon is issued; or (b) 12 a.m. on 4th June 2018.

2. Discount coupon entitles the holder to a discount of 30% on select merchandise marked as decided by AJIO.com. Discount coupon is not applicable on tech and innerwear products.

3. The maximum discount that may be availed by utilizing this discount coupon (either independently, or together with other discounts available on AJIO.com) is 45% of the MRP of the select merchandise.

4. Discount coupon is only valid on a minimum cart value of Rs 2,490 in a single order.

5. The coupon cannot be clubbed with any other coupons or promotions on AJIO.com.

6. Code specified on the coupon can only be used once and is valid for a single transaction.

7. Code specified on the coupon is unique, and is essential to redeem the discount.

8. The coupon is non-transferrable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

9. The decision of AJIO on all matters regarding this offer will be final.
