ICICI OFFER:
1. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer is a promotional offer in partnership with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI”), and is applicable for the purchase of Products from the Platforms (“ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer”).
2. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer will commence on 08 Feb 2018, 19:00 hours and will continue until 12 Feb 2018, or such other date on which the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer”).
3. Users will be eligible to avail the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer only if:

4. During the Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer, eligible Users will receive an additional 15% off to maximum of Rs 500 (“ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount”) in their ICICI credit/debit card or Pockets accounts, as applicable, within 60 days from payment being made by the User for purchase of the Products on the Platforms.
5. The ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer.
6. The Discounts forming part of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer may be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts offered by ICICI or AJIO, as specified on the Platforms.
7. If Users who have availed the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer return all or part of the Products purchased by them on the Platforms such that the value of their order falls below INR 1,500, they will not be eligible to receive the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount.
8. In case of any returns of the Products purchased by the Users, AJIO will have the sole discretion to decide whether the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Amount must be credited to the Users, and such decision of AJIO will be final.
9. AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer, or discontinue the ICICI Big Sale Day Cashback Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.
