­­ HDFC BANK INSTANT DISCOUNT OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Instant EasyEMI Credit Cards & Credit Cards Discount Offers (“Offer(s)”) are a promotional offer administered and offered by HDFC BANK India Limited (“HDFC Bank”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.Ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and on the AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as the “AJIO Platform”), on the purchase of specified products displayed on the AJIO Platform (“Specified Products”) using HDFC Bank EasyEMI Credit Cards and Credit Cards by eligible cardholders of HDFC BANK (“HDFC Bank Cardholders”).

1. PERIOD:
   • Unless terminated earlier as provided under the Agreement, this Offers shall commence on 23rd October 2026 at [15:39:00 Hrs.] (“Offer Start Date”) and continue until 8th November 2026 at [23:59:00 Hrs.] (“Offer End Date”) for eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card and EasyEMI Credit Card transactions, as applicable, or such other date and/or time as may be determined by AJIO at its sole discretion. The period commencing on the Offer Start Date and ending on the Offer End Date shall be referred to as the “Offer Term/Period”. During the Offer Period, there may be a blackout of the visibility of the relevant Offer on the AJIO Platform due to certain tactical business exclusivity reasons.

1. ELEGIBILITY
   • The Offers are open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above (each, a "Resident Individual") on the Offer Start Date
   • Each Resident Individual who is an HDFC Bank Cardholder and is an AJIO customer ("User") should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
   • The User must use the eligible HDFC Bank Card for the eligible transaction to purchase Specified Products on the AJIO Platform in accordance with the terms contained herein

1. OFFER

The Offers will be applicable on selected/eligible HDFC Bank Card EMI transactions.

An instant discount offer will be available to eligible HDFC Bank Cardholders on usage of eligible HDFC Bank Card EMI or EasyEMI transactions, as applicable, for purchase of Specified Products on the AJIO Platform on minimum order value as specified under the above-mentioned table under Point 2 ("Minimum Order Value") and up-to a maximum discount capped as specified under the above-mentioned table under Point 2 ("Maximum Discount Value").

Minimum Order Value for determining eligible transactions shall be subjected to partial return or partial cancellations during reconciliation process for billing purpose to HDFC Bank Card.

Subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, the relevant Instant Discount Offer may be availed multiple times during the Offer Term on eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card & EasyEMI Credit Cards transactions. Each eligible transaction must meet the applicable Minimum Order Value specified in the above-mentioned table under Point 2. The total discount availed under the relevant Instant Discount Offer shall not exceed the applicable Maximum Discount Limit specified in the above-mentioned table under Point 2.

The User shall be eligible to avail the Offers only if the User fulfils the below conditions:

1. The Offers are valid on eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card and EasyEMI Credit Card transactions, as applicable, excluding Amazon Pay Credit Cards.
2. User makes payment for purchase of the Specified Products using an eligible HDFC Bank Credit Card or EasyEMI Credit Card, as applicable; and the total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the AJIO Platform is equal to or greater than the Minimum Order Value, as specified in the table above under point 2, after considering all applicable discounts, if any.
3. Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, eligible User shall receive an instant discount (as mentioned in the above table), subject to a maximum discount capped at the Maximum Discount Value (as mentioned in the above table) per HDFC Bank Card during the Offer Period.
4. The Offers will not be valid on HDFC Bank Retail Debit cards, Corporate and Commercial Credit cards, Net Banking and UPI transactions.
5. The Offer will be applicable only if the total value of all single orders for purchase on the AJIO Platform on the AJIO Platform on Minimum Order Value (as mentioned in the above table)and capped up-to the Maximum Discount Value (as mentioned in the above table) per card during the Offer Period.
6. In case of order cancellations/returns where the relevant Offer was availed, the value of discount availed on such cancelled/returned orders will not be available to be availed again on other transactions during the Offer period
7. The Offers are not applicable on H&M branded products. H&M branded products are excluded from the relevant Offer. 
8. The Offers are not applicable on purchasing of Gold and Silver Coins & Jewellery on the Platform.
9. The Offers are not applicable on the purchase of any Excluded Products. For the sake of these Offer terms and conditions Excluded Products means products displayed and sold on the AJIO Platform on which the Offers are not applicable. AJIO solely reserves the right to determine the nature of products that are Excluded Products for the relevant Offer. For the clarity Excluded Products may include but is not limited to H&M branded products.
10. If the User fails to meet the Minimum Order Value/Amount/Requirement due to partial cancellation of the order, the User will no longer be eligible to avail the Offers and AJIO reserves the right to reclaim and claw-back any discount amount that the User may have already availed.
11. HDFC Bank EasyEMI Terms and Conditions
    1. The eligibility pertaining to the Easy EMI is determined by HDFC Bank at its sole discretion.
    2. Users agree that the charges involved on an Easy EMI transaction are as follows:

1. Processing fees of INR 299 + GST
2. Gap Interest will be levied on First EMI calculated from the loan booking date to payment due date
3. GST will be levied on Processing Fee, Gap interest and Pre-closure fee as applicable

HDFC Bank will continue to charge interest during the tenure opted by the User at the annual interest rate by reducing balance method. In Monthly reducing balance cycle, the principle loan amount is reduced for every EMI paid and interest is calculated in the balance of outstanding principle loan amount to be paid.

In the event of User preclosing/ cancelling EMI on an originally Credit Card EMI transaction, 'Pre-closure Interest charges' + 3% Pre-closure Fee on principle Outstanding (as applicable) will apply at the time of all Pre-closures.

Benefits like payback / Instant discount etc offered by AJIO at the time of loan booking will be debited within 120 days of EMI closure. Cashback will be posted only those transaction for which loans are active as on posting date.

The Offers are not applicable on usage of virtual cards, Consumer Durable and any other card as may be determined by HDFC Bank for EasyEMI transactions on Credit Card.

1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
   1. The Offers will be applicable only if the single order value on Minimum Order Value (as mentioned in the above table).
   2. The Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO and/or HDFC BANK.
   3. The maximum instant discount that can be availed under this Instant Discount Offer capped up-to the Maximum Discount Value (as mentioned in the above table)on Card Holders and during the entire Offer Period.
   4. If the User who has availed the relevant Offer, return all or part of the Specified Products purchased by them on the Platform, such that the value of their order falls below on Minimum Order Value (as mentioned in the above table), they will not be eligible for return of purchased Specified Products. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per AJIO's prevailing product return policy.
   5. If User If User faces any issue(s) while availing the relevant Instant Discount Offer, the User may contact HDFC BANK Credit Card customer care, and/or AJIO at [https://www.ajio.com/selfcare].
   6. AJIO and/or HDFC BANK reserve the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the relevant Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.
   7. The Offers shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as AJIO may notify from time to time.
   8. Participation to the Offers are purely voluntary. On participating in the Offers the User is deemed to have read these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
   9. The Offers are for a limited period and can be withdrawn by AJIO at any point of time, including after it has been announced and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.
   10. User agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the relevant Offer.
   11. In case of returns & cancellations of the orders on which the said Offer have been availed using the selected HDFC Bank Card EMI, the Offer will not be applicable again while making a purchase on AJIO with the same cards used before for availing the Offer during the Term of the Offer.
   12. AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the relevant Offer. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the relevant Offer.
   13. The Offers are subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by AJIO and may disqualify any User from getting the benefits of the relevant Offer.
   14. AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the relevant Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Users that is caused by:
2. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this the relevant Offer;
3. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;
4. any other events beyond AJIO's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.
   1. AJIO (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivation or non-activation of an HDFC Bank Card or an HDFC Bank EMI transaction, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
   2. User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the User; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the User’s part.
   3. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or of the services pertaining to the products sold by AJIO on AJIO Platform. Any dispute or claim regarding the products on AJIO Platform must be addressed to AJIO at [https://www.ajio.com/selfcare].
   4. Any person availing the relevant Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
   5. Benefits will not be posted on credit card accounts which are permanently delinquent or closed at the time of posting.
   6. Benefits will also not be posted on retail credit card accounts that are flagged for working capital usage.
