1.1.1 The HDFC BANK Cashback Offer is a promotional offer made by HDFC BANK Limited (“HDFC BANK”) in partnership with AJIO Division of Reliance Retail Limited (“HDFC BANK Cashback Offer”), for the sale of products displayed on the Platforms (“Specified Category”).
1.1.2 The HDFC BANK Cashback Offer will commence at [00:00:00Hrs] on 14th November, 2020, and continue until [23:59:59 Hrs] on 19th November, 2020, or such other date on which the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer is revoked by AJIO (“Term of HDFC BANK Cashback Offer”)
1.1.3 Users will be eligible to avail the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer only if:
(a) Users make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using select HDFC BANK , as may be determined by HDFC BANK; and
(b) the total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the Platforms is equal to or greater than Rs. 2500.00, after taking into account all applicable Discounts.
1.1.4 Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with paragraph 1.1.3 above, eligible Users will receive a cashback of 10% (maximum cashback of amount Rs.1000.00 for HDFC Credit Card user & maximum cashback of amount Rs.500 for HDFC Debit Card user) (“HDFC BANK Cashback Offer”) in their HDFC BANK credit card account/debit card account, after 90 days from the end of the Term of HDFC BANK Cashback Offer.
1.1.5 The HDFC BANK Cashback Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of HDFC BANK Cashback Offer.
1.1.6 The HDFC BANK Cashback Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO or HDFC BANK.

1.1.8 AJIO may, at its discretion, modify the terms of the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer at any time, and without any intimation to Users.
1.1.9 AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer or discontinue the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.
1.1.10 The HDFC BANK Cashback Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as HDFC BANK may notify from time to time.
1.1.11 Participation to this HDFC BANK Cashback Offer is purely voluntary.
1.1.12 AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this cashback. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer.
1.1.13 Holding of the HDFC BANK Cashback Offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
1.1.14 AJIO (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated HDFC Credit Card or Debit Card any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
1.1.15 All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction only.

1. What is HDFC Cash back Offer?
HDFC Cashback Offer is brought to you by AJIO in association with HDFC. Under this Program, cardholders can avail 10% Cashback (Max cashback of 1000 for HDFC credit card and up to Rs 500 for HDFC Debit cards) on ajio.com or Ajio Mobile App on a minimum Transaction of amount INR 2500 & above.
2. Who all are eligible for this offer?
All HDFC debit and credit card holders are eligible for this offer except Commercial Cards.
3. When will I get the cashback amount?
Cashback for eligible transactions would be posted by 90 days from the offer end date.
4. Till when is the offer valid?
This offer will commence on 14th Nov 2020 (00:00 hrs) and will be valid till 19th Nov 2020 (23:59 hrs).
5. What happens if I cancel/return an order partially or completely?
In case of full cancellation/return of your order, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer under this program.
In case of partial cancel/return, you will qualify for the Offer only on the net amount you pay.
If the order value falls below Rs. 2500.00, the transaction will not qualify for the Offer under this program.
6. Is there any coupon code for this?
