Terms and Conditions for Reliance Ajio Assured Gifts Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before participating in the Reliance Assured Gifts Program (“Program”), organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and the corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively referred to as the “Portal”. 

 This Program is being made available purely on a “best effort” basis. All customers purchasing specified AJIO categories of products (“Specified Products”) on the Portal (“AJIO Customer”/ “You” / “Your”) agrees that their participation in this Program is completely voluntary and by participating in this Program, he/ she will be bound by these Program Terms and he/she acknowledges to satisfy all the Program related eligibility requirements as mentioned herein below. By participating in this Program, You are deemed to have accepted these Program Terms.             

 These Program Terms are in addition to the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as may be applicable, to which You agree by using the Portal. To the extent the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Program Terms, these Program Terms will prevail with respect to this Program only.            

 SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  

 ELIGIBILITY:         

 1) This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.         

 2) Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.          

 3) For participating in this Program for the month of MAR’26, the AJIO Customer must have successfully placed an order with a Minimum Order Value above Rs. 1/-.   

                      Program Duration and Timelines  

 Purchases made by AJIO customers during the specified timelines will be considered for the purpose of this Program.

Customers can redeem the Foxtale Skincare vouchers by visiting the Foxtale mobile application or website.  

1. a) Add products worth Rs. 999 or more, apply your FLAT Rs. 400 off coupon at checkout and receive an instant Rs. 400 discount

   c) Clayco Skincare offer is valid for all users
   d) There is No minimum spend to avail this offer
   e) This offer is applicable on all ClayCo products.
   f) Free Shipping is available on all the prepaid orders.
   g) This offer cannot be combined with other offers.
   h) Users cannot change or refund purchases made with this voucher
   i) If a user returns a purchase made with this voucher, the refund value will not include the voucher value
   j) The voucher code is valid once per user
   k) Voucher valid only on Clayco website
   l) The Offer cannot be exchanged for monetary value
3. m) The Validity of Clayco Skincare vouchers will be from the date of voucher issuance till till 31^st Mar, 2026 23:59hrs

15) Customers can redeem the Durex Performance Capsules (Shilajit) voucher by visiting the Durex website.  

1. a) Add the capsule product worth Rs.561 to Cart, apply your coupon and receive and get the capsules @ FLAT Rs.399
2. b) The Validity of Durex vouchers will be from the date of voucher issuance till till 07^th Mar, 2026 23:59hrs

16) Customers can redeem the Durex Delay spray voucher by visiting the Durex website.

17) Customers can redeem the Astrotalk voucher by visiting the Astrotalk site or mobile app.  

1. a) Add the required amount to Wallet. In the payment page, apply coupon code and get 100% cashback, upto Rs. ₹300 in your wallet post recharge.
2. b) The Validity of Astrotalk vouchers will be from the date of voucher issuance till 28^th Feb, 2026 23:59hrs

18) Customers can redeem the Bombay Shaving Company free perfume voucher by visiting the Bombay Shaving Company website  

1. a) Add any Trimmer from the list to your bag and get a perfume product from the resulting list for free.
2. b) The Validity of BSC vouchers will be from the date of voucher issuance till 31^st Mar, 2026 23:59hrs

19) Customers can redeem the Bombay Shaving Company 699 discount on perfumes voucher by visiting the Bombay Shaving Company website  

1. a) Add 2 perfume products from the list to your bag. Apply coupon code. Products will be available at Rs.699.

20) Customers can redeem the Ease My Trip – 1800 discount on Flights voucher by visiting the Ease My Trip App / Website

22) 11) Customers can redeem the Clovia innerwear voucher by visiting the Clovia website / App  

1. a) Add products worth ₹1199 from the list to your bag. Apply coupon code. Products will be available at discounts of up to ₹300
2. b) The Validity of Clovia vouchers will be from the date of voucher issuance till 30^th April 2026 23:59hrs
3. c) This voucher will be applicable on select products.
4. d) This voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. 
5. e) This voucher cannot be redeemed in parts and any unutilized value shall lapse. 
6. f) No two vouchers can be clubbed together on a single bill.
7. g) This Voucher is applicable for once per user.
8. h) Any purchase amount exceeding the value of the voucher shall be payable by card/cash.
9. i) Any lost or stolen or lapsed/expired voucher will not be replaced or compensated in any way.
10. j) In case of any dispute, Clovia management's decision will be final and binding on all parties

25) Each eligible customer is entitled to receive only a maximum of one (1) type of Immediate Reward during the sale term. Multiple eligible transactions will not result in multiple vouchers of Foxtale|Clayco|BSC|EMT|DUREX|Astrotalk|CLOVIA|SUPERSOX|TIRAMISU offers.

26) Multiple eligible transactions will not result in multiple vouchers of any type of reward in any purchase bracket 

27) All of the Immediate rewards will be auto-shared with the customer via email in the form of a Voucher code (within 24hrs upon Order confirmation).

GENERAL TERMSAND CONDITIONS:

1)All matters related to this program (including interpretation of these Terms by Reliance) shall be final and binding.

2)The Program is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Portal either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.

3)Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.

4)This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.

5)The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.

6)The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Portal.

7)In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.

8)Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward that’s not from Ajio platform. Ie.,Reliance will not be liable for, any 3rd party specific voucher related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to  |Clayco|BSC|EMT|DUREX|Astrotalk|CLOVIA|AVON|NEURO for their respective vouchers.

9)In no event will Reliance or its affiliates, directors, employees or agents be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or are in connection with: (a) Your participation in this Program and Your use of the Rewards under this Program even if You have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (b) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program; or (c) the allocation or enjoyment of Reward; or (d) any other events beyond control of Reliance that may cause the Program to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, any participant of this Program.

10)Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

11)Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:

12)technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;

13)any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;

14)any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.

  15)Any general queries regarding the Program can be raised to Reliance – Ajio customer care via   https://www.ajio.com/selfcare on or before 17th Feb 2026. Reliance shall not be responsible to address any customer complaints in relation to this Program after the expiry of the above-mentioned timeline.

 23) AJIO Customer hereby also agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.

24)AJIO Customer agrees that, the Terms in this Assured Gift program document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.

25)Failure by Reliance to enforce any of these Program Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Reliance under the applicable laws and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by Reliance.

27) This Program Terms are an electronic record issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Program Terms are legally binding agreement between You and Reliance.
