Terms and Conditions for AJIO Assured Gift Program – Main Sale & Extension

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the AJIO Assured Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Portal”). The customer on the Portal (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program 

will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below. 

PERIOD: 

This Program will go live on 1st June 2023, 12:00 AM and will end on 18th JUNE 2023, 11:59 PM ( “Program Period”)

Any purchases made before or after the Program Period will not be considered while deciding the winners of this Program.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

For participating in this Program, the AJIO Customer must have successfully placed orders with a net purchase value above Rs. 4999/- during the Program Period
Only AJIO Customers who are end customers making a purchase for their personal use shall be eligible for the Rewards. AJIO Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as may be determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.

REWARDS: 

AJIO Customers who have placed orders with a net purchase value as stated below during the Program Period ( “Program Winner”) shall be eligible for rewards :

(i) AJIO Customers who have placed orders with a net purchase value above Rs.4999 (four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) shall be eligible to win a product worth up to Rs 2,999.(“Reward 1”) 

(ii) AJIO Customers who have placed orders with a net purchase value above Rs.9999 (nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) shall be eligible to win a product worth up to Rs 4,999 (“Reward 2”) 

(iii) AJIO Customers who have placed orders with a net purchase value above Rs.17999 (seventeen thousand nine hundred and ninety nine) shall be eligible to win a product worth up to Rs 9,999 (“Reward 3”) 

Reward 1, 2 & 3 shall collectively be called “Reward”.
Customer should be able to meet the net purchase value criteria against all the brackets, which is calculated post any cancellations or exchanges or returns, provided however, such cancellation or return shall be done within 15 days from the date of delivery (“ Purchase Return Window”).
Communication with respect to dispatch of the Reward shall be done via email / SMS post July 10th 2023 or post the Purchase Return Window, whichever is later.

AJIO Customer shall not be eligible to win a Reward more than once per reward bracket, during the Program Period.

Other Terms and Conditions 

All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.

This Program is for a limited period, i.e. the Program Period and can be withdrawn by -Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
Reliance cannot be held responsible in case the Program Winner is non-responsive to communication from the Reliance personnel and thereby failing to redeem the Reward.
Any complaints regarding the Program need to be raised to customer care on https://www.ajio.com/selfcare within 60 days from the Purchase Return Window of the last purchased item by the AJIO Customer during the event and beyond which Reliance will not accept responsibility for customer queries.
The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Portal.
The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise.

In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
The shopping value is calculated at a single order level and it cannot be combined using multiple purchases under a single AJIO Customer account.
Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customer and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.
Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customer that is caused by:

I.technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program; 

II.any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward; 

III.Any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer. 

Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Term at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customer’s part.

AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
