HSBC BANK OFFER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Offer (defined below) is a promotional offer administered and offered by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (“HSBC India”) in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.luxe.ajio.com (“AJIO LUXE Website”) and the corresponding AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”) (collectively referred to as “the Platform”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platform (“Specified Products”).

PERIOD:

This Offer shall commence on 1st January 2023 [00:00:00 Hrs], and continue until 28th February 2023 [23:59:59 Hrs], or such other date and/or time as may be determined by Reliance (“Term of the Offer”).

ELEGIBILITY:

  • This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the offer start date.
  • Each AJIO Luxe customer (“User”) should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
  • Users shall transact using HSBC India Bank credit cards

OFFER:

  1. The User shall be eligible to avail 10% (ten percent) cashback up to Rs. 4,000 (Rupees Four Thousand) if the User enables a minimum billing of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) for purchases made on the Platform.

For clarity, upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with the above, an eligible User shall receive a 10% (ten percent) cashback up to Rs. 4,000 (Rupees Four Thousand) as provided under a), and subject to a minimum billing of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) (“Offer”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. The Offer can be availed for one transaction per HSBC India Bank credit card per month by the User during the Term of the Offer.
  2. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance and/or HSBC India
  3. The User shall transact for the minimum purchase value to be eligible for availing the Offer.
  4. This Offer will be applicable for brands across the Platform barring those that are under global exclusions. The list of brands to which the Offer does not apply are as follows:

  1. If the User who has availed the Offer, or has returned all or part of the Specified Products purchased by him / her on the Platform such that the value of their order falls below Rs. 15,000, as the case may be, they will not be eligible for return of the purchased Specified Products. All products returned by the User shall be entertained solely as per Reliance’s prevailing product return policy.
  2. The cashback will be posted within 90 (ninety) days subsequent to the Term of the Offer.
  3. If User faces any issue(s) while availing the Offer, the User may contact AJIO at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
  4. Reliance and/or HSBC India Bank reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User without any prior notice to the User.
  5. The Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as Reliance may notify from time to time.
  6. Participation to this Offer is purely voluntary.
  7. This Offer is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
  8. Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. Maximum liability of Reliance is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Offer.
  9. Offer is subject to discontinuation or revocation in cases of fraudulent/ suspicious transaction or if there are any technical glitches or force majeure conditions as determined solely by Reliance and may disqualify any User from getting the benefits of this Offer.
  10. Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Users that is caused by:
    1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;
    2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount;
    3. any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the User.
  1. Reliance (including employees, directors) shall not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated cashback credit card, any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and emails service providers.
  2. User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the User; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the User’s part.
  3. User agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
  4. Any User eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions of Reliance in relation to the offer before availing the offer. HSBC India Bank merely facilitates its customers to avail the offer and it is in no way concerned or connected with the terms and conditions of Reliance.
  5. HSBC India Bank and Reliance reserve the right to revoke the offer if at any time it is believed that the same is being misused or offer terms and conditions are being violated.
  6. HSBC India Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by Reliance its agents or representatives and the User hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold HSBC India Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
  7. HSBC India Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by Reliance.
  8. The decision of HSBC India Bank and Reliance in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  9. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits of the Offer shall be borne solely by the User and HSBC India Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges
  10. HSBC India Bank reserves the right to disqualify any User from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
  11. Customer/s agrees that these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Offer.
