Terms and Conditions for AJIO Big Bold Sale Western Wear High Value Shopper Program
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the AJIO High Value Shopper Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on www.ajio.com ("AJIO Website") and on AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The AJIO customer (“Participant”) agrees that, by participating in this Program , Participant will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that Participant shall satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
PERIOD:
• This Program will go live on 01st July 2021, 00:00 hrs (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 05th July 2021 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 hrs (together “Program Period”).
• Only purchases made during the Program Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Program.
ELIGIBILITY:
• This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.
• Each Participant shall be a registered user on the Platform and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
• For participating in this Program , the Participant must have successfully made purchases of specified apparel on the Platform aggregating to a value of atleast ₹2999/-
• The value is subject to returns and cancellations and will be validated after 30 (Thirty) days from the date or purchase.
PRIZES:
• Participants who have made purchases of specified products on the Platform above ₹2999 (“Program Winner”) can win an electronic voucher of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) from Hunkemoller (“Reward”) which will be notified through the Platform.
• Post 30 (Thirty) days from the date of delivery of the specified products initially purchased on the Platform, AJIO will send the Reward to the Program Winners and inform them about the same as soon as the Reward is digitally shipped. The shipped Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for equal value.
• The Participant may use the Reward to purchase specified products of Hunkemoller on the Platform.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
• Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
• AJIO shall not charge any amount for participation in this Program.
• AJIO reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Participant(s) without prior notice.
• This Program is for a limited period, i.e. the Program Period and can be withdrawn by AJIO at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
• The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO on the Platform.
• The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise other than the eligible ones categorised by Hunkemoller on the Platform.
• In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, AJIO reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any Participant from getting the benefits of this Program.
• AJIO does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, AJIO will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the Participants and the same shall be directed to Hunkemoller.
• AJIO does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
• AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Participants that is caused by:
I. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
II. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
III. Any other events beyond AJIO's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Participant.
• Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Game will be entertained by AJIO only during the Term at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
• Participant hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the Participant; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the Participants part.
• Participant agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
