1.1 Terms & Conditions
1.1.1 The Instant Discount Offer is a promotional offer made by ICICI Bank Limited (“ ICICI Bank”) in partnership with AJIO Division of Reliance Retail Limited (“ RRL”), for the sale of specified products displayed on the Platforms (“ Specified Products”).
1.1.2 The Instant Discount Offer will commence at [00:00:00 AM] on 03 rd September, 2020, and continue until [23:59:59] on 07 th September, 2020, or such other date on which the Instant Discount Offer is revoked by AJIO (“ Term of Instant Discount Offer”)
1.1.3 Users will be eligible to avail the Instant Discount Offer only if:
(a) Users make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using selected ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD, as may be determined by ICICI Bank; and
(b) the total value of a single order for purchase of Specified Products on the Platforms is equal to or greater than ₹2,500.00, after taking into account all applicable Discount.
1.1.4 Upon purchasing Specified Products in accordance with paragraph 1.1.3 above, eligible Users will receive an Instant Discount of Flat 10% (maximum Instant Discount is of amount ₹500.00) (“ Instant Discount Offer”).
1.1.5 The Instant Discount Offer may be availed only once by each User during the Term of Instant Discount Offer.
1.1.6 The Instant Discount Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by AJIO or ICICI Bank.
1.1.7 All products return would be entertained as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy only.
1.1.8 If Users have any issues with availing the Instant Discount Offer, Users may contact ICICI Bank at [ customercare@icicibank.com ], and AJIO at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare .
1.1.9 AJIO may, at its discretion, modify the terms of the Instant Discount Offer at any time, and without any intimation to Users.
1.1.10 AJIO reserves the right to modify the terms of the Instant Discount Offer or discontinue the Instant Discount Offer of the Specified Products at any time without assigning any reasons, and without any prior intimation to the Users.
1.1.11 The Instant Discount Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as ICICI Bank may notify from time to time.
1.1.12 Participation to this Instant Discount Offer is purely voluntary.
1.1.13 AJIO do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Instant Discount Offer. Maximum liability of AJIO is limited only to the value of the minimum billing amount of the Instant Discount Offer.
1.1.14 Holding of the Instant Discount Offer is subject to normal force majeure conditions.
1.1.15 AJIO (including employees and directors) would not be liable or held responsible for any inactivated ICICI Credit Card or Debit Card any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, telecom, sms and emails service providers.
1.1.16 All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction only.
ICICI Instant Discount Offer – AJIO MANIA Sep
1. What is ICICI Instant discount Offer?
The Instant Discount Offer is a promotional offer made by ICICI Bank in partnership with AJIO. Under this offer, ICICI debit & credit cardholders can avail flat 10% instant discount on purchases made of specified products on AJIO platforms.
To avail this offer, the minimum purchase value of an order should be ₹2,500.00 & above, after taking into account all applicable Discounts. The maximum discount that can be availed is up to INR 500 per card account during the term only.
2. Who all are eligible for this offer?
All customers who make payment for purchase of the Specified Products using select ICICI Bank credit card / debit card, as determined by ICICI Bank.
3. Till when is the offer valid?
This offer is valid between [00:00:00 AM] on 03rd Sep 2020, until [23:59:59] on 07th Sep 2020.
4. What happens if I cancel/return an order partially or completely?
All products cancellation & return would be entertained as per AJIO’s prevailing product return policy.
5. Is there any coupon code for this?
No. The offer will be applied automatically upon usage of ICICI debit/Credit card to make the minimum purchase.
