1. Offer: Acceptance of Loyalty reward points on Ajio online website (i.e. Loylty Rewardz points of Credit Card and Debit Cards) at www.ajio.com(“Ajio”).

2. This Offer is run and managed by Loyalty Rewardz Management Private Limited (“Loyalty”).

3.Offer is applicable only for valid unexpired Loyalty rewards points received under debit card/credit Card, issued by various banks to the customer as per the terms and conditions of the customer’s respective Banks.

4. Customer can make use of their Loyalty rewardz points for purchasing various products from Ajio website online.

5. Customer purchasing from Ajio by way of redeeming the Loyalty rewards points are required to select on redeeming the value under Loyalty points before making the final payment. Balance amount, if any for the purchase of product post redemption to be paid by the customer over and above the redemption value.

6. Loyalty rewardz Points earned by the Customer cannot be encashed from Ajio. Customer shall also earn additional two points on each purchase value of ₹100/- through the Credit / Debit card from Ajio through Loylty Rewardz under the customer Credit/debit cards rewards point as per the terms and conditions of Loyalty and more particularly mentioned under www.maxgetmore.com.

7. Participation to this offer is purely voluntary.

8. No communications about the offer will be entertained by Ajio, all communications pertaining to the offer shall be provided by Loylty to its customers.

9. Terms and Conditions of Banks and Loyalty will be applicable on Loylty Rewardz Points and its redemption.

11. Ajio do not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. Maximum Liability of Ajio is limited to the value of the points redeemed by the customer under the offer.

1. What is Loylty Rewardz?

Loylty Rewardz manages the end - to - end loyalty program for most of the largest banks and retail brands in India today. It awards Reward Points to the customers who transact using their partner bank’s debit/credit card and also to customers who transact at their partner brands.

2. How does Loyalty Rewards Work?

Loylty Rewardz awards you with Points when you transact at Ajio using select bank debit/credit cards. It awards 1 Point per ₹100 spent on your debit/credit card along with 2 Points from Ajio per ₹100 spent. So in all you benefit with 3 Points per ₹100 spent at Ajio using select bank’s debit/credit card. Here’s the list of banks: SBI, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Federal Bank, Indian Bank, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Saraswat Bank, Karur Vysya Bank, Lakshmi Vilas Bank, Equitas bank, Indian Overseas Bank, IDBI, Punjab National Bank, Canara Bank, UCO Bank, Yes Bank and more.

3. What happens when I have used up my LR balance for an order and then cancel/return the order?

In such a scenario your points will be refunded. But if your points get expired in between the order and cancellation/return journey then you won’t be given points back. You will receive a voucher worth the value of Points from Ajio.

4. When will the active points expire?

Your points have a validity of 12 months starting from the date of accrual.

5. Where can I view my LR balance?

To view your Reward Point balance, you can register on the Reward Program portal or download the Reward App of that bank for which you have a debit/credit card. Reward Points will be credited to your account after 75 days from placing an order.
