Terms and Conditions for KIDS CARNIVAL – ASSURED GIFTS PROGRAM
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance Kids Carnival Assured Reward Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application - AJIO (“AJIO Mobile App”), (collectively called “Platform”). The customer agrees that by participating in this Program (“Reliance Employee”) he / she will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Steps to claim | 1. Shop on AJIO using the coupon code KIDSBEST30 and is applicable to only customers who purchase beyond INR 2495 will be eligible for this offer. Customer also gets extra 30% by applying the aforementioned coupon. 2. Post 24 hours of the AJIO Customer having made a purchase above INR 2495, RELIANCE AJIO shall send a confirmation mail to the registered email ID of the AJIO Customer 3. Post 60 days of the last day of the event, the AJIO Customer having made a purchase above Rs.2495 and such product being delivered, RELIANCE AJIO will send an electronic voucher to the Program Winners, using which the Program Winners can redeem the discount on the Platform. |
PERIOD:
- This offer will go live on 09th December 2022 (“OFFER Start Date”) at 12:00 AM and will end on 11th December 2022 (“OFFER End Date”) at 11:59 PM
- Any purchases made before or after the OFFER Period will not be considered while deciding the winners of this Program.
ELIGIBILITY:
- The winners should have applied the relevant coupon code to become eligible for the offer.
- Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
- For participating in this Program,
Post 60days, during the delivery of gift, after cancellations, returns & rejections, the net purchase threshold must be 1500/-
. - Only customers who are making a purchase for the kids products shall be eligible for the Reward. Customers making purchases for the purpose of resale of products (as solely determined by Reliance), shall be disqualified from earning a Reward under this Program.
- The purchases made should not have been returned, exchanged, or cancelled.
- Only the orders which are successfully delivered and are not cancelled or returned or rejected will be considered for the above computation.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
- The Program is open only for customers who have successfully placed an order on the Platform, either prepaid or through cash on delivery mode, and upon the customers making the relevant payments.
- Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms and Conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the Reliance Employee (s) without prior notice.
- This Program is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
- The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.
- The Program cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
- All Rewards given to the Program Winners will be subject to the applicable income tax laws.
- In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Reward and disqualify any Reliance Employee from getting the benefits of this Program.
- Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Reward. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the Reliance Employees and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Reward.
- Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
- Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Reliance Employees that is caused by:
- technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
- any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
- any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the A Reliance Employee.
- Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Program Period at https://www.ajio.com/selfcare.
- Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the customers (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the customer’s part.
- Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
