Terms and Conditions for Reliance – MMTC - Jitna SONA utna CHANDI Offer

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Reliance – MMTC’S Akshaya Tritiya Offer (“Offer”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called “Portal”. 

 This Offer is being made available purely on a “best effort” basis. All customer purchasing specified AJIO categories of products (“Specified Products”) on the Portal (“AJIO Customer”/ “You” / “Your”) agrees that their participation in this Offer is completely voluntary and by participating in this Offer, he/ she will be bound by these Offer Terms and he/she acknowledges to satisfy all the Offer related eligibility requirements as mentioned herein below. By participating in this Offer, You are deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.

 These Offer Terms are in addition to the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy, as may be applicable, to which You agree by using the Portal. To the extent the Portal Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy are inconsistent with these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to this Offer only.

 SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. OFFER PERIOD:
   • This Offer will go live on 28^th April, 2025 at 14:00 hours (“Offer Start Date”) and will end on 30^th April, 2025 (“Offer End Date”) at 23:59 hours (“Offer Period”).
   • Only purchases made during the Offer Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Offer. Any purchases made prior to or after the Offer Period will not be considered for the purposes of determining the eligible purchases of this Offer
2. ELIGIBLE PURCHASE:
   • Any purchase of Specified Products made by AJIO Customers on the Portal during the Offer Period which are successfully delivered and are not cancelled, returned, exchanged or rejected will be considered as eligible purchases under this Offer (“Eligible Purchase”). Any purchase of products made by AJIO Customer before or after the Offer Period will not be considered as Eligible Purchase under this Offer.
3. ELIGIBILITY: 
   • This Offer is open to all AJIO Customer who are individual legal residents of the Republic of India and aged 18 or above on the Offer Start Date. 
   • Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Portal and should have a valid phone number and e-mail address. 
   • By participating in this Offer, customers acknowledge their responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is accurate and complete.
   • Eligible Purchases made by AJIO Customer should be for personal use as end-customer.
   • All decision with respect to above mentioned eligibility criteria solely rest with Reliance and decision of Reliance in relation thereof is final and binding on all customers participating in this Offer.
   • Reliance reserves the right to disqualify the Eligible account if it is discovered that the participant’s account is linked to other multiple eligible accounts through name, address, phone numbers, email id or location, thereby treating it as a tortious activity.
4. OFFER / GIFT:

Customers will be eligible for the following Gifts under the Offer:

1. Customers who purchase a 10-gram Gold Coin from MMTC will be eligible to receive a complimentary 10-gram Silver Coin.
   • In case of multiple purchases of 10-gram Gold Coins, customers will receive an equivalent number of 10-gram Silver Coins. (Example: purchase of two 10-gram Gold Coins will entitle the customer to two 10-gram Silver Coins.)
2. Customers who purchase a 5-gram Gold Coin will be eligible to receive a complimentary 5-gram Silver Coin.
   • In case of multiple purchases of 5-gram Gold Coins, customers will receive an equivalent number of 5-gram Silver Coins. (Example: purchase of two 5-gram Gold Coins will entitle the customer to two 5-gram Silver Coins.)
   • Complimentary Silver Coins will be dispatched after 15th May, 2025.
3. Dispatch of Silver Coins will be carried out through either of the following methods:
   1. A coupon code will be issued to eligible customers via email, sent to their registered email addresses; or
   2. A physical dispatch of the Silver Coins will be initiated as a regular order.
      • The Customer Care team will contact eligible customers via registered email address or phone number (as available), post 15^th May to confirm home addresses for physical dispatch.
      • The method of dispatch (coupon or order) will be determined at the sole discretion of Reliance/MMTC.
      • This Offer is applicable only to customers who meet the predefined eligibility criteria.
      • In the case of coupon-based dispatch, the coupon shall remain valid for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of issuance. Reliance/MMTC shall not be responsible for expired, unused, undelivered, or misplaced coupons, including due to incorrect email addresses, customer inaction, or negligence.
      • In the case of physical gift dispatch, if the customer does not confirm the delivery address within 10 (ten) days from the date of first communication by Customer Care, Reliance/MMTC reserves the right to forfeit the Gift without any liability. No reissuance, compensation, or alternative benefits shall be provided thereafter.
4. Eligible customers shall receive the Gifts within the standard delivery timelines applicable to regular product deliveries.
5. Reliance / MMTC cannot be held responsible in case the Program Winner is non-responsive to communication from the Reliance personnel and thereby failing to redeem the Silver coin(s).

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms by Reliance) shall be final and binding.
• The Offer is open only for AJIO Customers who have successfully placed an order on the Portal either prepaid or cash on delivery mode and upon the AJIO Customer making the relevant payments.
• Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice. 
• This Offer is for a limited period, as mentioned above and can be withdrawn by Reliance / MMTC at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
• The Gift cannot be exchanged for cash or other merchandise in part or full.
• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Portal.
• In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Gift and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Offer. 
• Reliance shall not be responsible for the delivery or fulfilment of the complimentary Silver Coins ("Akshaya Tritiya Gifts"). Delivery and fulfilment will be managed solely by MMTC.
• Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Gift. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customers and the same shall be directed to the manufacturer of the Gift. 
• By participating in this Offer, the AJIO Customer consents to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data (such as email address, shipping address, phone number) for the purpose of administration and fulfillment of the Offer, in accordance with the Portal’s Privacy Policy.
• In no event will Reliance or its affiliates, directors, employees or agents be liable to You or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages of any kind whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, arising from or are in connection with: (1) Your participation in this Offer and Your use of the Gifts under this Offer even if You have been advised of the possibility of such damages; or (2) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer; or (3) the allocation or enjoyment of Gift; or (4) any other events beyond control of Reliance that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, any participants of this Offer.
• Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
• Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customers that is caused by:
  1. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Offer;
  2. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Gift;
  3. any other events beyond Reliance's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.
• Any complaints regarding the Offer need to be raised to customer care on MMTC at 1800 103 5499 (toll-free) or via email at customercare@mmtcjewellery.com within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the Eligible Purchase made by the AJIO Customer during Offer Period. MMTC shall not be responsible to address any customer complaints in relation to this Offer after the expiry of the above-mentioned timeline.
• AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customers part.
• AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Offer.
• Failure by Reliance to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any rights or remedies available to Reliance under the applicable laws and shall not give rise to any claim by any person. All rights not expressly granted herein are hereby reserved by Reliance.
• This Offer and all accompanying materials related to this offer are the property of Reliance and/or MMTC, as applicable. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these materials is prohibited without prior written consent from the respective owners.
• These Offer Terms are an electronic record issued under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. These Offer Terms are legally binding agreement between You and Reliance.
