This promotional Paytm UPI Assured Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“Paytm”), in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”), on www.ajio.com (“AJIO Website”) and the AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”, for the purchase of specified products (“Specified Products”) displayed on the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY

1. This Offer is open only to individual legal residents of the Republic of India, aged 18 years or above.
2. Each participating AJIO customer (“User / Participant”) must have:
   • A valid and active Paytm UPI or Paytm UPI Lite account; and
   • A valid mobile number and email address registered with AJIO and Paytm.
3. Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.
4. This Offer is valid only on transactions made on the AJIO Website or AJIO Mobile App using Paytm UPI / Paytm UPI Lite during the Offer Period.
5. This Offer is applicable only to the following category of Users, as identified and determined solely by Paytm’s internal systems:
   • Paytm New Users: Users who have never made any payment using Paytm anywhere prior to the Offer transaction; and
   • Paytm Inactive Users: Users who have not made any payment using Paytm anywhere in the last sixty (60) days, calculated on a rolling basis.
6. Users who do not satisfy the above criteria shall not be eligible for the Offer, even if all other conditions are fulfilled.
7. Determination of eligibility, including classification as a New User or Inactive User, shall be solely at Paytm’s discretion and shall be final and binding.

OFFER

1. Eligible Users who complete a purchase of ₹999 or more on the AJIO Platform using Paytm UPI / Paytm UPI Lite during the Offer Period shall receive an assured cashback up to ₹300.
2. Upon successful completion of the eligible transaction, the User shall receive a scratch card.
3. Users shall also earn Gold Coins on every eligible Paytm UPI payment.
4. This Offer can be availed only once per user per calendar month.
5. The Offer is being made on a best‑efforts basis and is valid only during the Offer Period.

PERIOD

The Offer shall be valid from 01 April 2026 commencing at 00:00 hours until 30 April 2026 until 23:59 hours, or until such other date and time as may be revoked, modified, or withdrawn by Paytm or AJIO (“Offer Term”).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Cashback Mechanics

1. The scratch card issued under this Offer will be available in the “Cashback & Offers” section of the User’s Paytm app.
2. Scratch cards issued pursuant to this Offer shall expire within two (2) days from the date of issuance.
3. Upon scratching the card, the cashback shall be credited to the User’s UPI‑linked Paytm account.
4. Cashback shall be credited within a maximum period of ten (10) days from redemption, and in exceptional settlement scenarios, within thirty (30) days.
5. In case the eligible transaction is cancelled, reversed, returned, or refunded, the corresponding cashback shall be revoked or reversed.

B. Restrictions

1. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer, promotion, or campaign available on the Platform.
2. The cashback is non‑transferable, non‑encashable, and non‑refundable.
3. In case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, Paytm and/or AJIO reserve the right to revoke the Offer or mark the transaction as ineligible.

C. User Consent & Data Usage

1. By participating in this Offer, the User irrevocably:
   • Authorizes Paytm and its affiliates to collect, store, use, and process personal and transaction data for Offer administration, analytics, and marketing;
   • Consents to data sharing with service providers and affiliates for Offer fulfilment;
   • Waives the applicability of the National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registry and agrees to receive promotional communications via SMS, email, calls, and notifications regarding current and future offers.

D. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, whether express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for purpose, availability, reliability, and timeliness—are hereby disclaimed.
2. Participation in the Offer is at the User’s sole risk and discretion.
3. Paytm’s maximum aggregate liability, if any, arising out of the Offer shall not exceed the value of the cashback credited or intended to be credited for the concerned transaction.
4. Neither Paytm nor AJIO shall be liable for:
   • Technical failures, server errors, network issues, or service interruptions;
   • Loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or consequential damages;
   • Any personal injury, death, or loss arising directly or indirectly from use or non‑use of the Offer.

E. Force Majeure

1. Paytm and AJIO shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or inability to perform due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, regulatory changes, technical failures, epidemics, riots, war, system outages, or network failures.

F. Indemnity

1. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paytm, AJIO, their directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Violation of applicable law;
• Misuse of the Offer or third‑party data.

G. Miscellaneous

1. Failure by Paytm to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of such right.
2. Paytm may assign its rights under these Terms; Users shall not assign their rights or obligations.
3. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
4. Paytm’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer shall be final and binding.
5. These Terms & Conditions form an extension of Paytm’s platform policies. In the event of any conflict, these Terms shall prevail.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer.
