This promotional Save 5% on PhonePe HDFC Bank Card using RuPay Credit Card on UPI offer (“Offer”) is sponsored, organized and administered by PhonePe Private Limited (“PhonePe”) and HDFC Bank Limited (“HDFC Bank”), in partnership with Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”) on the AJIO website (www.ajio.com) (“AJIO Website”) and AJIO mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively referred to as the “Platform”, for the sale of specified products (“Specified Products”) displayed on the Platform.

ELIGIBILITY
- This Offer is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India, aged 18 years or above.
- User (“User”) must have a valid HDFC Bank Ultimo RuPay Credit Card linked to UPI on the PhonePe app.
- Participation in this Offer is voluntary.
- The Offer is valid only for HDFC Bank Ultimo cardholders. Other card variants are not eligible.
- Users must have a valid email address and phone number registered with AJIO.
OFFER
- Users making eligible purchases on the AJIO Website or AJIO Mobile App using HDFC Bank Ultimo RuPay Credit Card via PhonePe UPI will receive 5% savings in the form of Reward Points (“RP”) .
- A User can earn a maximum of ₹500 worth of Reward Points per calendar month.
- There is no limit on the number of transactions.
- Reward Points will be credited to the User’s HDFC Bank rewards portal, where 1 RP = ₹1.
PERIOD
This Offer is valid from 01 March 2026 (00:00 hours) to 31 March 2026 (23:59 hours) or until such other date as withdrawn or modified by AJIO, PhonePe, or HDFC Bank (“Offer Term”).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Offer is valid only on purchases made on the AJIO Website or AJIO Mobile App using HDFC Bank Ultimo RuPay Credit Card via UPI on PhonePe.
- Reward Points will be credited to eligible Users within 60 days from the date of the qualifying transaction.
- In case an eligible transaction is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the Reward Points corresponding to that transaction will be reversed.
- This Offer is a limited period Offer and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time by AJIO, PhonePe, or HDFC Bank without prior notice.
- PhonePe and HDFC Bank reserve the right to disqualify any User or transaction that appears fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of applicable terms.

- For paymentrelated queries, Users must reach out to PhonePe Customer Support.
- For card or rewardrelated issues, Users must contact HDFC Bank Customer Support.
- AJIO is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, device errors, or transaction delays.
- Users agree to indemnify and hold AJIO harmless against losses arising from misuse of the Offer, violation of law, or breach of these Terms.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of the Offer.
