AJIO - PharmEasy Alliance Campaign Terms and Conditions
This AJIO 150 Promotion offer ("Offer") is administered by PharmEasy on www.pharmeasy.in ("PharmEasy Website") and on PharmEasy mobile application ("PharmEasy Mobile App") collectively ("PharmEasy Platform") with Reliance Retail Limited ("AJIO") on www.ajio.com and allied mobile application ("Ajio Platform") for the orders made on the Pharmaeasy Platform.
OFFER:
During the Offer Term users of AJIO who purchase products from the Platform shall be provided an electronic coupon code issued by AJIO ("AJIO 150 Coupon"). Upon such purchase the users of AJIO, who are first time users of the PharmEasy Platform (collectively "Users"), can avail a discount of INR 150/- (Indian Rupees One Hundred and Fifty only), i.e. the Offer by making a purchase of goods worth INR 999 (Nine hundred and ninety-nine rupees) or more on the PharmEasy Platform and by applying the AJIO 150 Coupon.
PERIOD:
Users can avail this Offer till 21st July, 2021, or such other date on which the Offer is revoked by PharmEasy and AJIO ("Offer Term").
HOW TO AVAIL:
1 The User should make a purchase of any product on the Ajio Platform to be issued the AJIO 150 Coupon.
2 The User must register onPharmEasy Platform.
3 The User must upload their prescription on the PharmEasy Platform.
4 The code AJIO 150 can be used while placing an order of at least INR 999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine).
5 After the coupon code has been applied proceed to complete the order process.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 This Offer and the AJIO 150 Coupon is valid only on the first purchase of products from the PharmEasy Platform.
2 Users can avail this Offer and the AJIO 150 Coupon only once, and only if the minimum purchase is for INR 999 (Indian Rupees Nine Hundred and Ninety-Nine) during a single transaction.
3 The Offer and AJIO 150 Coupon shall be valid only to the first order made during the Offer Term.
4 The AJIO 150 Coupon can only be redeemed only once under the Offer on the first medicine order with PharmEasy Platform and is non-transferable, non-negotiable and not encashable.
5 The AJIO 150 Coupon is subject to returns and cancellations of the purchase made by the User.
6 The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by PharmEasy and/or AJIO.
7 Participation in this Offer is purely voluntary.
8 The Offer shall also be subject to such additional terms and conditions as AJIO and/or PharmEasy Platform may notify from time to time.
9 PharmEasy Platform and/or AJIO reserve the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent terms and conditions at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the User(s).
10 In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transaction or if there is any technical glitch, PharmEasy Platform and AJIO, reserves the right to revoke the Offer at any time.
11 In case of any issues with the Offer, Users may contact PharmEasy Platform at [https://pharmeasy.in/customer-support-policy] and AJIO at [https://www.ajio.com/selfcare].
12 AJIO does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of this Offer. Particulary, AJIO will not be liable for, nor will entertain any product or order fulfilment related issues, or claims made by the Users with respect to the products purchased on the PharmEasy Platform.
13 AJIO will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity and/or acceptability of the Offer and / or any additional benefits offered by PharmEasy Platform.
14 AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with the Offer including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the User that is caused by:
a. Force majeure event which may limit or prevent any User's participation in this Offer;
b. Any other events beyond AJIO 's control including technical glitches that may cause the Offer to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to the User;
c. Network, computer or software failures of any kind.
15 User hereby agrees to indemnify and keep AJIO harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by AJIO as a consequence of (a) violation of these terms by the User; (b) violation of applicable laws; (c) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the User's part.
16 User agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
17 All disputes are subject to the laws of India and Courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18 Any User availing this Offer will be deemed to have read and accepted these Offer terms and conditions.
