Terms and Conditions for AJIO Rakshabandhan Promotion Program

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the AJIO Rakshabandhan Promotion Program (“Program”) being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“Reliance”) on www.AJIO.com (“AJIO Website”) and on the corresponding mobile application (“AJIO Mobile App”), collectively called (“Platform”). The customer on the Platform (“AJIO Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program, he/she will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges that the AJIO Customer shall satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

PERIOD:

This Program will go live on 22^nd July 2022 at 12:00 AM (“Program Start Date”) and will end on 11^th August 2022 (“Program End Date”) at 23:59 PM (together “Program Period”)
Only purchases made during the Program Period shall be considered for the purpose of this Program.

ELIGIBILITY:

This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 (Eighteen) years or above, on the Program Start Date.
Each AJIO Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
For participating in this Program, the AJIO Customer must have successfully made purchases above INR 1,990/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety only) and apply the coupon code RAKHI1000, to purchase the products on the Platform (“Products”).The Products shall be subject to returns, cancellations and exchanges.
This will be validated post the closure of the return window from the date of delivery.

REWARDS:

AJIO Customer who has purchased the Products of above INR 1,990/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety only) may become eligible to win an AJIO electronic voucher worth INR 1,000/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) (“Reward”) redeemable on the next purchase on or above a purchase value of INR 1,990/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety only).
The details of the AJIO Customers who have won the Reward will be notified on the Platform (“Program Winners”) on such date as AJIO may deem fit.
Post 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of the AJIO Customer making a purchase of more than INR 1,990/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety only), Reliance shall send a confirmation mail to the registered email ID of the AJIO Customer.
Post the return window, the AJIO Customer having made a purchase above INR 1,990/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety only) and such Product being delivered, Reliance will send the Reward to the Program Winners, using which the Program Winners can redeem the Reward as discount on the Platform.
AJIO Customer can redeem Rewards issued under this Program only once.
AJIO Customer(s) who will receive Rewards under the Program can avail the Rewards on select products as determined by AJIO on the platform.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Reliance shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these Terms. All matters related hereto (including interpretation of these Terms) shall be final and binding.
Participation in this Program is purely voluntary.
Reliance reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria and other pertinent Terms at their sole discretion at any time as may be required including in view of business exigencies and/or changes by a regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/or any reasons beyond their control and the same shall be binding on the AJIO Customer(s) without prior notice.
This Program is for a limited period and can be withdrawn by Reliance at any point of time, including after it has been announced.
The Reward cannot be combined with any other promotion offered by Reliance on the Platform.
The Reward issued under the Program shall not be valid on bulk purchases of any product.
The Reward cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed on any other merchandise.
In cases of fraudulent/suspicious transactions or if there is any technical glitch, Reliance reserves the right to revoke the Program and disqualify any AJIO Customer from getting the benefits of this Program.
Reliance does not assume any liability whatsoever arising out of the Program. Particularly, Reliance will not be liable for, any product or quality related issues, or similar claims made by the AJIO Customer and the same shall be directed to the respective brand owner/manufacturer of the product. The guarantee and warranty of the products shall be transferred to the AJIO Customer(s) as received from the respective manufacturer/distribution of such products and Reliance shall not be liable in any manner for the same.
The shopping value is calculated at an order level and it cannot be combined using multiple purchases under a single user account.
Reliance does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
Reliance will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Program including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the AJIO Customer that is caused by:

technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Program;
any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of Reward;
Any other events beyond Reliance’s control that may cause the Program to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the AJIO Customer.

Any questions, comments, or complaints in relation to this Program will be entertained by Reliance only during the Program Period at https://www.Reliance AJIO.com/selfcare.
AJIO Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and keep Reliance harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by Reliance as a consequence of (i) violation of the Terms by the AJIO Customer; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the AJIO Customer’s part.
AJIO Customer understands that Reliance may promote this Program via SMS, email and WhatsApp. AJIO Customer consents to receive such communication from Reliance and consents to Reliance’s use of their personal information for such purpose.
AJIO Customer agrees that, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Program.
